Also, another reader was able to save a reminder in their calendar for a year from now, to delete the membership before they are charged. Hoping this is helpful! 🥰

I used to set a reminder in my calendar although if you’re like me and tend to hut the snooze button until the alarm seems to get annoyed and gives up lol.
Also there’s a site I ran across that issues virtual card #’s. I’ve never used them and don’t know if doing that is ok, since signing up for a free trial usually includes an acknowledgement of agreeing to automatic renewal. I’m not sure who to ask, but since this post happened to pop up today, I thought someone here might know more and be able to shed some light…

Yes!!!! A few months ago I got charged for a craft membership that I learned about on this site. Charged almost $100!!!!! 😭 Reminders on long-term trials like this would be nice.

Can you get Grub Hub delivered to a hotel? We’re going to Vegas this month and are staying at a hotel that’s not convenient to a lot of restaurants.
Yes. I’ve gotten Grubhub delivered to hotels numerous times when I’ve been traveling for work and didn’t have a car. I typically meet the driver in the lobby since I’m traveling alone, but I know of others who have gotten it dropped off at their rooms.
This is an awesome freebie- thank you so much!!! Especially for someone disabled like myself, who ends up using these services fairly often when I can’t get food otherwise. I truly appreciated getting the text alert about this deal too. Once again, Hip2save saves the day ❤️
For people worried about cancelling, set a calendar reminder for a couple days before it ends. Set up an extra alert for a day earlier too, to give yourself an extra chance to get it cancelled. At least that’s what I always do, as some others have mentioned, and it always works for me.
