Love it! I live with chronic lower back pain. I have tried others that feel like they will crack your bones because they are so rough. This is comfortable to use. I’ve used it for lower back and neck pain. I love the different settings and the heat really helps. It also has a charger to use in the car which helps me for the regular long road trips I take. So far I have no complaints. Well worth the price too!
I am constantly carrying my 2 month old around in a sling and it’s taken a toll on my shoulders. I’ve been extremely sore all day and was looking for something that would be strong enough to get the knots out. It has a stretchy strap that makes it easy to connect to a chair. So far I’m very happy, it has given me some relief and I’m able to lift my arms up again. It’s very strong but not too painful. It also has very simple controls, which makes it easy to use.
It really looks like these reviews are inflated by the same people, just different names. If you read the reviews, most say the same thing. 🙁
I have a very similar one from amazon, possibly just an older version of this and it gets daily use and has lasted 3 years so far. My kids even stand on it to massage their feet!
