Reindeer Playdough gifts

Santa’s favorite furry helpers make great gifts. 🦌

It’s no secret kids love special surprises around the holidays. Whether you need classroom gifts or a sweet little treat for the kid’s table at Christmas dinner, check out Hip2Save reader Ashley’s adorable mini reindeer.

I love to do gifts for my son’s daycare classmates for different holidays. But, let’s be honest, daycare is expensive! So I like to keep them on the frugal side.

Reindeer Playdough gift

As class gifts this year I made Rudolph playdoh. I wrapped 2 oz. containers of Playdough in a brown napkin. The antlers are cut from card stock (or you could use pipe cleaners), the nose is a pompom, and the eyes were made with my Silhouette Cameo—but googly eyes would be easy, too! It worked out to around 50¢ per kid and looks special and fun!

Simple and sweet!

We love this idea to add a touch of holiday cheer. Thank you for sharing this fun and festive gift idea, Ashley!

Cute! But those antlers would taken me hours to cut out! 😬😬

Agreed! And mine would look like a child did it!

She most likely cut them with her cameo/Cricut machine πŸ™‚

Same here. Three classrooms. With about 30 kids a class. Such a cute though.

Can antlers be done with a cricut too?

Antlers and eyes were just a trace from google images.
Yes antlers were cut with my cameo but pipe cleaners work!
