Ummm, Amazon Prime is not true free shipping because you did have to pay for the membership.
I love children’s place free shipping. As soon as something hits the price I want I order it. $5 shorts, yes please! Plus my son needs slim pants and they have a good selection online.
Speaking of free shipping… I’m SO mad about the changes to my Kohl’s account! No more free shipping unless it’s over $75. Says there will be one event monthly where shipping on orders under $75 will be free. Who knows WHEN that will be! I’m sure it will be AFTER my Kohl’s cash has expired. To top it off, everything I’ve tried to use my kohl’s cash on today, is either not available in store, ship to store not available, or pay $8.95 to have shipped to me. There are also other changes I’m not happy with. Looks like Macy’s will be getting a lot more of my business.
I thought I used to get free shipping at Kohl’s and couldn’t figure out why they wanted to charge me to ship a $50 order today. Thanks for the info. Free shipping was the one reason I got the credit card.
Maybe they’ve gone to not allowing everyone to use the free shipping? Technically it’s for those who spend too much (like me lol) – MVC, but the code has been readily available here. This month it’s
DECMVCFREE. Worked for me just now.
It seems like you’re a cardholder and they have changed things around? That’s good to know! I don’t have a Kohl’s nearby and also don’t want to be ordering over $75 so I was wanting to get a credit card so I could get the free shipping. But if they changed that for cardholders too then forget it. 🙄
Kohl’s also changed the percentage of reward money you get back from your purchases. I think it’s 5% now and it used to be 10%.
I’ve never gotten free shipping at all times, just the monthly week or so they offer it. I spend too much, so qualify as an MVC. I’ve been a cardholder 13 years (they sent me an anniversary $13 to spend so that’s why I know that lol).
I hate that it’s a random time each month – like you, my Kohl’s Cash expired the day before this month’s code started. Fortunately I had to go there anyway so just spent it in-store this time.
Ummm.. l live in Hawaii and I get super excited whenever I see free shipping deal. Took a lot of time select items, put into cart and ready to check out..then find out they don’t ship to Hawaii for free or need to pay $10 or more for 7day delivery. For e.g. The Children’s Place. It’s so disappointing.
Now I learned that before I even search out items, I read their shipping policy. Will be super nice if you can put shipping infos for people like me who Iive in Hawaii and Alaska, but understand it’s more work for you. Appreciated all your hard work though. Keep up the good work.
That does stink, Sue! I used to live in Alaska and it was always like that! I’m so sorry!
