    I have done this for months and months, first renewing for free, and then paying around $3 a month. I always threaten to leave and they beg me to come back for 3 months at around $3 a month. 👍🏻☕️

        I’m not the OP but when it gets close to my subscription renewal date I click on cancel subscription and they usually offer a deal to stay. Last time it was $3 a month for 3 months.

          Thank you Rachel! I didn’t even know about the deal for canceling! I go every single morning and get my iced coffee, and didn’t even mind paying full price, but $3.33 a month is much better! 😂

      Same! I started this back in the Spring and each time I go to cancel, they offer me to stay for $3 a month. Well worth it seeing as a large ice tea is over that. Me and my daughter go daily, we just switch off who gets it for the day, lol. You just give them your phone # thru the drive thru, order at the kiosk or online. So easy!

    Does anyone know if myself and my mom were to place orders for pickup on our individual accounts if they would allow one of us to pick up both orders? I think they should, but you never know.

      Mobile orders are set on the counter or in the mobile order pickup shelf. They have no way of knowing who picks up. I have picked up friends’ orders before with no problem.

    I’ve had this for a bit over a year now and love it. If I know I want to get two drinks to pick up at the same time, I place an order on the app with a pickup time of at least two hours out. When I arrive, I order my second drink at the kiosk and grab that cup and then my other cup is already waiting on the pick up shelf.

    Two questions if anyone knows, it says on the site $10.99/month
    starting on 11/13 does that mean you have until, let’s say 11/11 to cancel before being charged or also if you cancel early do the benefits stop immediately or do you have until the end of the month to still use it?

    I have had this membership for over 2 years, and I’ve never paid a dime! I just cancel my membership before I’m charged (and they still give you free coffee for 3 days after the date your subscription ends). Then I just sign up again for free; there’s always some promotion going on. I never paid anything so far, and haven’t missed a day of free coffee!

    Im so confused….the offer here says 10/31 but on the website it says 10/15 you will be charged. which date is it ?

When I click through the link, I’m seeing these details at the bottom of the screen – “New subscribers that sign up for an Unlimited Sip Club Subscription from 9/8/2022 through 9/15/2022 will receive a free Unlimited Sip Club Subscription through October 31, 2022.” Hoping this is helpful!

      I also signed up yesterday through the link in H2S, and my renewal date from Panera also states 10/15. So I guess it doesn’t go free until Halloween since it looks like we will be charged on Oct 15. I don’t get it either.

      Here are the options in they note in the details-
      “You can choose any size drip hot coffee, hot tea, iced coffee, iced tea, Charged Lemonade, lemonade, or fountain beverage when redeeming your subscription benefits. Cold Brew, espresso drinks, and other beverages are not included in your subscription.”

    I’m so mad. I had the promo and only got a few drinks. I think their drinks are terrible. Worst coffee and soda I’ve ever had. Anyway I think I just assumed I would get an email telling me that it was going to be over and I was going to be charge because every single other company I’ve signed up with for things like this always tell you when the expiration is coming up and when you’re gonna be charged. Well I saw a charge on my credit card so I called the company and told them I didn’t make it and the lady just canceled it and now I have to wait and get a new card and then I find out that it was the stupid drink club. Argh!

      As soon as I start a new trial/membership, I always put it in my calendar to cancel a week before things will charge if I know I don’t want to continue it. Not all companies send reminders, it works in their benefit to tell you when you sign up and agree to their terms and hope you forget later.

      Also, for subscriptions like this, I find it best to use rebate credit cards or prepaid credit gift cards. I got one as a gift that had 5 years expiration and $0.19 left on it after using it. Longest use of 19 cents ever!

        The quality can vary place to place. My mom complained about that. She got the green tea at one location and really liked it. Two others…not so tasty. But the regular lemonade seems good in this region. I freeze it enough for a slushie.

    Upset and frustrated!!!
    10/5/22 i signed up for the Sip Club subscription, that includes 1 month free. i decided to cancel 10/13 (8 days later), because i realized that i dont have a Panera close to me. I just noticed that they charged me the $11.76, even tho it clearly says that if i cancel before 11/4, i would not be charged. I called their customer service at least 4 times, and they said there isn’t anything they can do for me….Ugh….horrible company…
