The T Mobile option isn’t working for me, is it only valid for certain customers?

    • Liza (Hip Sidekick)

Hi there, Tammy! This is what I see listed on the page details:

“Active T-Mobile and Sprint postpaid wireless and Home Internet customers, including T-Mobile for Business w/ SSN customers, on eligible plans qualify for a year of Paramount+ ON US.”

If that applies to you, you may want to contact T-Mobile customer service to see if they can assist.

  2. Maggie

At the end of my 30-day trial, when I went to cancel, I got an offer to continue my subscription for another month free. So the 30-day trial was really a 60-day trial. YMMV.

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Awesome! Thanks for sharing about the offer you received, Maggie! Happy streaming! πŸ₯°

  3. Monique

Is the 50% offer only for new customers?

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey Monique! I just checked this for you, and it looks like the 50% Off + Fire Stick Lite offer is available for new AND returning subscribers! πŸ™Œ Hoping this is helpful! ❀️

      • Monique

Can you please tell me how to get this as a retuning customer? I tried last night to no avail

        • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Bummer! I still see the offer available for new and returning subscriptions. Maybe try once more in a different browser OR try chatting with customer service. Hoping this is helpful! πŸ€—

          • Monique

maybe its because Im still on the tmobile free trial?

          • Jennifer Lisa

It’s available. The code should auto-populate (UEFA50). I just cancelled and then resubscribed. We had been getting $9 back on our AmEx for our $9.99 subscription for months. I just cancelled and resubscribed on our other previously used account for premium for $49.99 and we still had one more $9 credit, so great deal for the premium version!

            • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for the update on what you are seeing! Good to know! πŸ₯°

  4. Pat

I’m a current subscriber and the promo code is only for new subscriptions

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

So sorry for the troubles, Pat. I just tested the link again, and under where it there is a button that says “Redeem Offer,” I’m still seeing that it is available for new and returning subscribers in the fine print. Hoping you can grab the savings! πŸ€žπŸ’—

      • 4boysohmy

Yes but once you sign in the offer no longer shows. Darn.

        • Jennifer Lisa

Cancel your subscription and resubscribe. I cancelled and used our other account to resubscribe and it worked fine.

  5. monique

its send to end next week which is why I’m inquiring

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey Monique! I did find customer service’s phone number here – 1 (888) 274-5343, if you want to try reaching out to them to see if they might be able to help you redeem the offer. Hoping you can score the savings! πŸ€žπŸ’“

  6. Sylwia

This “promo” charged my card FULL price instead, now i have to try and get my money back. This is not a good deal, hip2save! SUPER DISSAPOINTED.

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

So sorry for the issues, Sylwia. I just clicked through and am still seeing that the offer is available for the promotional price. You might try reaching out to customer service at 1 (888) 274-5343 to see if they can help you redeem the promotional price for your account/receive a refund of the difference. Hoping this is helpful! πŸ’•

  7. lauriejack

yes the offer is still available – I signed up last night but I believe because a Lot of people are signing up the servers at Paramount are over loaded so their live channels are not working. Prior to signing up for the annual plan I coudl receive the live channels but once I upgraded the live feed was gone. I have opened a ticket but I was told by the help desk it could take a week to resolve. WOW.

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Glad you were still able to score this deal, lauriejack! Thanks for sharing about your experience with signing up! Hoping you’re able to hear back from their help desk soon! πŸ€žπŸ’–

  8. garry_save

Do they let you know if you get the free fire stick? I just redeemed the offer but it didn’t have anything about the fire stick at checkout. Hopefully it’ll just show up in my mailbox!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hey there! I don’t find it listed at checkout either, however it is still listed in the offer as I click through the link above. Hoping you receive it soon! πŸ₯°
