I love using postmates, especially since they added walgreens and safeway!! I always tip well since I’ve always had great experiences and pricing is similar to in store pricing.

I’ve signed up to deliver with both Postmates and Doordash, with Doordash keeping me the busiest.

“Thanks so much for your feedback. This was first posted in March 2020 however the details are still valid. We wanted to be sure this was seen by anyone that may benefit from the information. Hoping this helps!”

About 25% of the time order says delivered but the food never came. I heard that the driver keeps the food. Why would they do that?

This has happened to me a lot with Instacart. Last week they delivered all of our fruits and veggies and then “forgot” to deliver the 2 containers of ice cream I purchased. It happens at least 50% of the time and I use Instacart at least once a week to deliver our groceries. It’s always to fun treats that are not delivered 🤨

That’s insane! I am a full time Shipt shopper and have been for 3 years. If we were to have missing items like that, they would deactivate us! That’s so crazy Instacart allows it to happen so often. You should switch services 😉

How is that? Do you like it full time? Would you recommend it for a single mom, like can you work normal hours and still make money?

This happened the first time I ever used a delivery service and I will never use one again. I was scrutinized and then told I would need to wait for a refund till others could review the situation. Took 10 days to be issued a refund. Never again.
