I went yesterday to use mine and he didn’t scan my phone… so I get to come back another time to use my free birthday treat!
I did think it was awesome until I realized he probably just felt sorry for a poor lady whose bday is during the pandemic…
Darn! My birthday is March 22, and when I drove to my local Starbucks they were closed! So I didn’t get to have my birthday treat and looks like I don’t get to have it extended either.
Write their customer service…they are awesome. I’m sure they will add 150 stars to your account for a free drink or reactive your birthday one.
Yeah last year when it was my birthday for some reason my birthday drink wasn’t ‘active’ so I had to pay but later on I emailed them and they reimbursed me
