  Yes! Hate “up to” My poor mom she would always see a sign and of course the biggest discount of the app to was all she would never see so she would just fill her cart thinking everything was like 70% off and I said no mom this is only 20%.

  Yes I understand it’s difficult times but man I am getting so tired of everything I want being out of stock. And not just toilet paper in hand sanitizer I’m talking about the kind of pasta I like the kind of dish soap I like that kind of soda I like.

  I completely know how you feel. It gets frustrating that things you dont expect to be sold out are. I do weekly shopping at 3 stores and its annoying that i cant find certain things. For example how is the brand of dryer sheets i use sold out everywhere? Is everyone doing laundry this month? Or microwavable fries? Random things super hard to find. Sorry i just needed to commiserate with someone

  Keep in mind suppliers and manufacturers are affected by Covid-19 too. If you can’t find the brand you are looking for at three stores there is a good chance the manufacturers are having trouble keeping up with demand right now. The plants are likely working under restrictions right now to keep employees safe therefore they are not at full production causing products to be out of stock down the pipeline at all stores.

  Not to mention panic buying which has only been encouraged by liberal media outlets 🙄🙄 (a couple of weeks ago they were screaming the sky is falling! The sky is falling! Another tp shorter is near!!!) 🙄 additionally you have to think of manufacturers devoting more to the items that were and still are panic bought (eg Kimberly Clark and P&G both make a variety of products- if they start devoting more to toilet paper and sanitizing products- not just on the lines but what they are shipping out vs holding back in warehouse, other products will be in shorter supply). Also a lot of companies are having sourcing issues (eg the dog food our dog eats has been temporarily discontinued due to issues sourcing ingredients)

   The stores never order enough as they do not want to put it on clearance. I often see Target pulling it off shelves after a week. Not sure if it goes back to their warehouses or another country where they can get more $s. That is ok, a lot of times not even worth 1/2 price.

  In my area they pull product once it hits clearance. They sell it on pallets to wholesalers or anyone who can afford a pallet from them. It’s really discouraging, they don’t want any of their customers to get a deal.

  they starting do that here too. We have a local discount store that buys it all from the local big box stores by the pallet. The store then has it all big boxes and you have to dig…not worth it!! Sucks now. Our Target pulls it before it ever goes to the 70% off. At best I can get 50% off but that is it. The bright side, I don’t buy it and fill my house with more stuff.

   FYI for anyone who recently made a Christmas purchase of $50+ before this coupon was active, you can live chat Target with the order number and ask for a price adjustment of the $10. I just did it 5 minutes ago and it was no problem!

    If you have to do a price adjustment, it is so easy online. I just did for curtains I purchased last week that are on sale now. The person I chatted with had to be one of the best. It was all done in less than 4 minutes and she was so positive!! Makes me love Target even more :).

  That’s so funny. I tried to chat a week ago for a price adjustment and got told they don’t do them. Like, at all. I said I was looking at the guarantee online so I knew they did and they said no. Called them on the phone and they did it no problem. Super nice (and I didn’t even tell them about the chat person). Cracked me up!

  Ditto, I tried to do a price match on 11/26 and was told they are not price matching from Thanksgiving through Dec.5 for holiday…so of course my back up store is OOS now and I didn’t get it from either place…not a happy Target customer 🙁

    I also just did a price adjustment with a target customer Service rep- I had ordered the vetch motorcycle a couple weeks back and today saw that H2S posted that it was 30% off! They refunded me over $11 just like that 😀

    Is it just me or are Cyber Monday deals a total bust this year? Not trying to be negative but it seems like ‘regular’ sales to me with pretty much every store for the most part. Additionally, out of stock items within an hour of a sale going live is discouraging. But essentially most ‘sale’ items are things that are not ‘hot’ or ‘popular’ right now and seem more like stores purging junk they can’t sell.

  I agree. The deals are not as good as years past, and there are not as many free shipping with any purchase offers. Last year Amazon had 65% off many old Lego sets. I stayed up past 12am PT to order more this year. There were no big deals on Legos. Same few 20% off sales as all week.
