Get crafty with this frugal idea!

I love decorating on a budget! During September and October, I can often be found wandering the aisles of my local Home Goods getting ideas on how to update my seasonal decor.

Seasonal decor can be pricey, so instead of spending a lot on decor that will only on display for a few months, Hip2Save reader, Christy, is sharing how her family created fall and Christmas centerpieces for less than $20 using materials from their local Dollar Tree store! Check out these ideas…

“For our first time on a whim from what I see on Hip2Save, we purchased what we believed to be supplied to make seasonal table centerpieces using Dollar Store finds.

It took some creative minds at the Dollar Store to see the vision and get the supplies but I am so proud of how they turned out. We created a Fall and Christmas Holiday centerpiece for $20 or less. Thank you so much for all the fabulous ideas and the inspiration to do our own thing.

I am happy we got along and created something we can all have a sense of ownership and pride in creating. I am sure we all agree that my husband enjoyed it more than he anticipated. There were many times my daughters and I just looked at one another and smiled because he had taken over the project and was so enjoying himself placing those fake flowers just perfectly. 😆”
