Just an FYI, Childrens Place has 50% addtional off clearence prices and a .99 cent section at our store in OR. Hopefully someone else has great deals like this too. Yesterday I bought my kids some shorts, ball hats, flip flops, underwear, leggings, pj’s, a purse and some t-shirts for only $20… w/out the coupons! I might have to go back now that there are coupons!!
I had an interesting trip to Kohl’s and Old Navy. Hit Old Navy store on the way to work. Got there as the doors opened. Three ON workers insisted that “this” table was the $2 camis. Went to buy them and the cashier said no my purchase were not the camis. Went and got the right camis and then the cashier gave me $5 GC off my purchase-5 camis for $5. Yea! More back to school off my list.
2nd stop at Kohl’s. Had to use my $10 off any $10 purchase or more coupon by today. Went to buy a white top (to go with new outfit I got last week on clearance at ON). Found one. Saw and looked at purses on clearance, found one that was $50 but now $15 (too nice a purse and too good a deal to ignore :). Put back the white top and went to pay for the purse. It rang up $5!! Couldn’t use the $10 off coupon so went back got the white top and the purse paid OOP $2.18. Looked and looked at the purse but it was it perfect shape and very stylish for fall.
I love little shopping trips like this when I get things that I need/want for what I think is a good deal that turn into an even better deal!
I have gotten 3 $10 off $10 or more coupons from Kohl’s in the last month or so. I have bought 3 bras, 3 tops, a dress, and now a purse and another top with minimal OOP. I try to stick to getting things for “free” as HTS has taught us and it does pay off! All back to school items–we are a house full of girls!

How do you get the $10 off coupon?
I don’t know–they just send them to me via postal mail and email. Sign up for their mailing list is one way. One Kohl’s store is far away and one close–both send me the $10 coupon every so often just like VS sends me a gift card/coupon for free panties every so often. I don’t have a credit card with either place. I also get all the Target magazines with coupons–like the BTS one that just came in the mail this week.
I’ve been couponing for a year. Sometimes I get great deals and sometime I don’t. I just try to make the most of those $10 off kind of coupons. Read HTS suggestions.
Of course the TRU coupons are good the only day I can’t go to the store. 🙁 I could have used some of those also.
Does anyone know if you can stack the Kohls % off coupon with one of the $5 off?? I have a $5 email coupon to use up before the 31st and would love to stretch it a little further.
