using the Kroger app

Kroger’s digital coupons can be used when shopping in-store or online! Just keep in mind that manufacturer digital coupons can’t be combined with paper manufacturer’s coupons for the same items, and select offers may be regional.

You may be able to boost your savings using cash-back offers from Ibotta! Note that Ibotta rebates can vary by account, and some offers may not be able to be combined with Kroger’s digital coupons. Be sure to read the fine print carefully on your offers for any limitations or restrictions.

Hip Tip:  Paper receipts are not given at all locations for pick-up orders. If you don’t receive a receipt, you can send pictures of your emailed receipt to the Ibotta help center for them to review. Grab your Kroger receipt when logged in to your account by heading to “My Purchases”, then “My Orders” and then “See Order Details”. *Note that this may not work for all accounts.)

  1. Suzanne

Thank you for these weekly Kroger deals. 💕 So helpful!

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

You’re so welcome, Suzanne! 🥰🥰 Glad this post is helpful each week for you!

  2. Klp

Does anyone know if you can combine Kroger store coupons with an ibotta that says can’t be combined with coupons? I can’t remember if they are referring to manufacture coupons.

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Great question! Ibotta will still accept the receipt submission for Kroger store coupons for those types of offers. It seems to exclude the manufacturer ones only at this time. Happy saving! 💖

  3. Heathermoere

Does anyone know if Ibotta will accept screenshots of your receipt digitally? I don’t actually shop in store anymore so I only do the Kroger delivery.

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey there! I’m not finding any method to link a Kroger card to Ibotta. I did find this on Ibotta’s FAQ too – “If your store is not able to print a paper receipt and only provides a digital receipt, unfortunately, you will not be able to submit it for cash back in the app. Additionally, pickup & delivery purchases do not qualify for in-store receipt submissions or in-store offer cash back.” Bummer! Hoping they may offer this in the future! 🤞

    • llc

      o. they wont. I’ve begged and without a registercreceipt it doesn’t count. printed paper receipt from online doesn’t count either.

    • llc

no. I tried to show them my email receipt. it must be the register tape to be approved.

  4. Suzanne

I’m seeing a $3 cash back offer for the Lubriderm lotion 🎉

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for sharing, Suzanne! I’m seeing that offer too, though it seems like that $3 cash back may not stack with the $3 coupon. Darn!

  5. Karen

I thought you can only use one coupon per item so you can’t use both digital coupons for the Lubriderm example or can you?
    Thanks for clarifying my understanding.

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Great question, Karen! You can stack these two coupons, as the one for $4.99 is clipped to score the weekly digital price, and the $3 off provides additional savings. I added a bottle of lotion to my cart for pickup with those clipped coupons to be sure, and both are coming off the total. Hope that helps! 🤗

  6. Candie

That doesn’t work at my local Krogers. It does not take the $3 coupon off. Or at least not when shop in store.

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey Candie! We’d love to check into this more. Can you share which deal you were trying to score yesterday with the $3 coupon? Or was this on a previous deal with trying to stack coupons? Thanks! 🤗

  7. Besterling

Isn’t the axe a cash back deal? So couldn’t you buy 2 for 3.49 each with the Kroger weekly coupon then use the 7.50 for cash back and it be a money maker?

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey there! Unfortunately, the $7.50/2 is either a cash-back offer or a manufacturer coupon, and cannot be clipped/combined at the same time. That would make for a great deal though!
