HIP2SAVE INTERNAL TCPA/DNC POLICY
Hip2Save Telemarketing Policies and Procedures Regarding the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call Registry

General Statement of Policy
All employees, independent contractors, vendors, and any persons or entities purporting to act on behalf of Hip2Save are strictly forbidden from sending any telemarketing text messages without first consulting Hip2Save on appropriate procedures adhering to the TCPA and applicable state laws. Third party service providers conducting telemarketing in reference to a marketing initiative of Hip2Save shall fully adhere to the TCPA, any related federal laws, regulations and rules, and all applicable state laws (“Telemarketing Laws”). There are strict penalties for noncompliance with Telemarketing Laws. Violators may be subject to legal penalties, and, as applicable, it may result in contract termination, employment termination or other disciplinary measures by Hip2Save.
Hip2Save Do Not Call Policy
The National Do Not Call Registry was established by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Federal Communication (FCC). The registry is a list of residential and cell phone numbers from consumers who do not want to receive solicitation calls or text messages to their registered phone numbers. A phone number registered on the National Do Not Call Registry cannot be called or texted for telemarketing purposes unless an existing business relationship exists with the individual being called or texted, or the individual being called or texted has given express consent. This policy applies to Hip2Save and any persons or entities, including third-party service providers, purporting to act on behalf of Hip2Save.
Practices and Procedures
Hip2Save is committed to complying with applicable Do Not Call laws and shall maintain an internal Do Not Call list (“Internal DNC List”). If any person under the scope of these policies and procedures receives a notification, whether oral or written, from a client or prospective client, that they wish to be placed on the Hip2Save Internal DNC List, such person shall notify Hip2Save at email@example.com within five (5) business days of receiving the request. The Internal DNC List shall be updated no later than 30 days after the receipt of a new number. Hip2Save will not solicit any phone number that is maintained on the Internal DNC List, any applicable State Do Not Call Registry, or the National Do Not Call Registry, unless an existing business relationship exists with the individual being called or texted, or the individual being called or texted has given express consent.
