Unfortunately their shopping passes do not work on sale items, so I wound up letting the facebook pass expire. 🙁

Also, be aware once you get the pass it will not last long!! I did the facebook one and I went to print it around 5 days later and it was already expired 🙁

My cvs let me use mine after it expired and she said they would even take it later if i wanted to wait to use it as i was not buying much that was not on sale – it was only good on items not on sale. I went ahead and used it anyway – worried that they might not take it much later. My cvs always takes all expired ecbs or any cvs coupon like this that is dated – even though it is expired.

Signing up now, last time I did not have my extra bucks card handy and I was too lazy to get it!

Kiesha, I pair the shopping passes up with coupons for items that don’t typically go on sale often, or for items that don’t go on sale for 20% or more.

    • Kiesha

Good suggestion, but I can’t think of anything I buy (that my CVS carries) that falls into that category! LOL

This would be a good time to buy those nyc cosmetic items that are always cost 1.72 and have 1.00 coupons – to get almost free.

I didn’t get the FB deal…wasn’t it supposed to be in the mail around the 16th or thereabouts? Sorry to hear that deal didn’t work out for some of you. Hopefully this one does. Thanks as always for posting Collin!!!

Excellent! I’ve wanted that Mederma stretch mark cream for a while but it never goes on sale, so now I can get it at a little of a discount.

  8. Carissa

I let the Facebook one expire, too as it didn’t work for sale items. Not bothering with this one.

It actually gave me $ 6.50 off my order and I thought everything I was buying was on sale, so you should try it even though you think it wouldn’t be worth much, because mine surprised me.

Not nice, or good ettiquette, IMO

That’s just tacky. And rude. You don’t see a Burger King employee standing in McDonald’s telling you to go across the street and buy a whopper do you?

I haven’t used my $10 Giftcard yet….so these I would be able to combine.

  11. Robin

I was never even able to print my FB coupon, went the day AFTER they emailed the link, and it says “Oops it looks like the coupon you’re looking for is expired” Not that it mattered in the end, seeing as the 20% wouldn’t work on sale items. NOT WORTH THE HASSEL.

I really am not comfortable letting them have complete access to my twitter account, the ability to read MY DM’s, or to send out messages on MY account. heck no. There’s no reason they need to have that kind of access.
