  I used it on top of a 40% in store discount that they were running. I got some great deals for my mother’s day brunch that I throw each year! I can’t wait.

  I worked at Michaels over the holidays. Typically the computers do not allow this to happen.

  I was going to say, normally they also accept vendor coupons (we got a lot of Scotch/3M ones at my store), but I don’t believe they will allow that with the 20% off coupon. YMMV, I’d call and ask to speak to the manager first and ask if its possible.

  It just depends. If you need a lot of stuff, you might do better with the 20% off. Its a case of do the math, see what happens.

  Worst comes to worse you could always do a second transaction later with the 40% off one item.

  You might want to call Joanns and see. They do have a competitor coupon policy, but I’m not sure it covers these “percentage off entire purchase” coupons.

    I like to print off an extra coupon and pass it along to someone in the store. I do this in restraunts also and people are so excited.
