We have these for the Toddlers in church and they just LOVE them. I always wondered where they came from. Now I’m thrilled that I can snag a free one for my little ones ๐Ÿ™‚
P.S. has anyone ever thought to play with bubbles in the bath tub? My kids have so much fun catching the bubbles. Since they are all wet and soapy the bubbles don’t pop right away and the kids can actually catch them!! ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Julie

I never thought of playing with bubbles while in the bath tub. I’m going to try it! My 2 1/2 will love it! Thanks for sharing!

I know this is nothing to do with this post but I need some advice. I am only 24 and only been married for 5 almost 6 months. Well, this month my period is late, my husband and I have always used a condom. I don’t want to tell him yet because he is under a lot of stress at work. What is the best pregnant test out there to use? Any help would be great. I am scared to death.

    • Jennifer

If you are pregnant, any test should work. If you are worried about reading it correctly, the digital ones actually read out “pregnant” or “not pregnant”. I hope that helps.

      • Jenny
    • DeeTrig

I used the walmart brand with both my kids and they worked fine.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Any over the counter test should do the trick. Good luck!

    • vanessa

The Walmart brad is very affordable and effective.

    • Tracy

Relax. No use worrying until you know. All the over the counter tests are very reliable these days.

    • Alice

Any one will work including the dollar tree (believe it or not). But it work on both times.

      • Ash

I have used Dollar Tree brand before too (for only $1!) and it worked! I did go buy a more expensive one after that, though, just to confirm, haha.

      • Claudia

I did too… and they worked!!! (two times)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I used EPT and clear blue digital…. I didnt believe the EPT but it was right

    • Renee

Thanks, guys, I think I’m gone to head out and buy several test. I’d like to do this before my husband gets home from work. I’ll let you guys know.

      • Anna

even if your husband is stressed, he might be more hurt if he couldn’t take part in the pregnancy test with you. finding out that you’re going to be a Daddy would be a very joyful, exciting thing! if you haven’t done it yet, maybe you could wait till he gets home???? just an idea. i know my hubby has been around every time i’ve taken a pregnancy test. he NEVER wants me to do it on my own (and i’ve taken probably 7, although not all were positives).

    • Stephanie W.

I like the ones that say Pregnant or Not Pregnant – the First Response worked great but sometimes you can trick yourself into seeing 2 lines (trust me – I did) when there is only one. Just remember not to test too early. With my 2 pregnancies I took tests a day early thinking it would still work and I though I wasn’t pregnant when I was – I am obviously a terrible pregnancy test taker!

    • Jenny

      Good luck to you!

    • Maman A Droit

I personally think it’s best to share stuff like that with your husband right away-you’re in this together! Communication is key to a successful marriage! Good luck!

    • emilytwinmom

Awww, good luck!! I took five tests when I realized I was pregnant 11 years ago, kept going back to get pricier ones thinking they would say the first tests were wrong… they weren’t! The cheapies worked just as well as the super expensive ones! And I agree with the above posters, don’t worry until you have to and include your hubby – no reason to be scared alone!!!

      • Eunsil

I still have a Dollar store pregnancy test that I used…I wish I did that test when my husband was around. Now that little seed is turning 1 year old next month!:-D Don’t be scared dear..there is no really perfect timing to have a baby. My husband has been working for two jobs since our baby was born, but we’re overjoyed..sending you blessings and prayers.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You are right, God never gives you nothing you cannot handle, i had my baby when all wasn’t well but it worked out fine. All the best to you…The Dollar tree tests works well

    • Andrea

Well, checked back and got same message as everyone else, so I answered my own question. I wonder where you can find these for cheap somewhere. Would love this for my son. Anyone have any ideas?

  27. Sara

Ot: does anyone have swagbucks to amazon they would like to trade for a $10 off baby store?

  28. Glas

Target was selling these for $2 each a couple of summers ago.

  29. tracy

got an email today saying I was too late and had missed out. No, I got the right message last night. Exact Target did the email today and they are a direct advertiser in email……so good luck to everyone else. By the way, I did this the minute Collin posted it.

    • Alice

I got the same email. I requested mines as soon Collin posted it and I thought I would get it since I got through with no problems and even received an email congratulating me to their company. What happened????

  30. melissa

I bought one of these at target on clearance for 1.24 last summer and it really works. No mess at all. I wish I had bought more.
