Received my order today! Very cute! Some of the daisies have clips. The only thing is we are missing the pettiskirt we ordered. Other than that, we are thrilled! The princess cape came just in time for Halloween!
I ordered on 10/12. My email said I would receive an email with tracking # once it shipped. It has been a week so I went to the website to get a phone # to call and follow up. It says processing time is 5-7 days. I see one person commented today that they received their order. Just wondering if an email was actually sent when the order shipped, and how long it took.
I also ordered on the 12th. I called just to see what was going on. Just wanted to make sure my order was in. 🙂 They have a message on their line saying that due to so many orders they are running behind by 5 days. I really wanted one of the clips today for our pumpkin patch visit but I did just order it. 🙂 Hopefully it will be here by Halloween! That is when I really want her to be wearing it. 🙂

I am disappointed with Halo Heaven.
I placed an order the night of the 12th and then found out that another friend placed an order too, ordered too much and asked me to split with her. I knew that my order wouldn\’t have shipped that quickly and thought that my credit card would not be charged until the order shipped (like other companies do…Amazon, Kohls, etc.) so I emailed several people at Halo Heaven to cancel the order early on the morning of the 13th. When I hadn\’t heard back by that afternoon, I called the company and spoke to an employee who told me that the credit charged is charged the moment you place the order, not when the items ship. He said that he \”would contact customer service right away and cancel the order\” and that my \”credit card would be refunded within 2-3 business days\”.
6 days later on the 19th I receive an email from FED EX saying that the order shipped. I tried calling the company again and they have shut off their phones due to the high volume of orders. I emailed several people again. This time I got a response immediately…that orders can\’t be canceled after they are placed and that I would have to send the items back at my expense in order to get a refund.
Now if I had been told this originally on the phone or gotten a response via email on the 13th stating this I would have sucked it up and counted my losses. But I was either lied to by that Halo Heaven staff member or he just failed to do what he said he was going to do…either way…terrible customer service.
The owner then emailed me to tell me that her staff person didn\’t lie to me that the order had already been shipped and their was nothing that he could do. What??? I spoke to him on the 13th and the order was not shipped until the 19th!!!
I realize that my order was only $23 and in the grand scheme of things they do not care about me enough as a future customer to make this right. But the fact that I was given false information by an employee and the owner of the company is not even concerned about this will make me never order from this company again as well as caution those that are considering it.
When they deliver the order just don’t accept it. That way you don’t have to pay to send it back. You should get a refund. If you don’t just dispute it with your credit card company.
Thanks for this great suggestion. I have never refused a package, not disputed anything with my credit card company. Have you tried this before with success? Just don’t want to get stuck with no product as well as no refund. 🙂
Hello Emily. I have refused a package just the other day (although not with this company) and as long as you don’t open the package and put return to sender on it they will send it right back. Then just call your credit card company and briefly explain what happened and dispute the charge, and if they’re a good credit card company, they will take care of it on your behalf. They contact the company you bought from and from my experience you shouldn’t have to worry about paying for it if you refused it. Why don’t you just post on here that you have an order you would sell to a hip2save reader for the price you paid and have them send you money for that amount and shipping to their house? I know the deal is no longer as good as it was when you ordered and someone may have missed out back then and would love it now? Just a suggestion 🙂

I received all of your suggestions after the FED EX package arrived and my husband accepted it.
Not happy with my Halo Heaven purchase. I was already unhappy with their customer service and then I received the order on Saturday.
I had spent quite a bit of time trying the match the wands, wings and tutus by the colors that they are listed as on their website. I wanted to give a set each to two neices as birthday gifts. The colors don’t match and look ridiculous together as a gift! The wings that were listed as “blue/turquoise” I wanted to match the turquoise tutu that I ordered and the wings didn’t have any turquoise on them. The “Hot Pink/Green” wings were a completely different color of Hot Pink than the Hot Pink tutu that I ordered. So disappointed because I will not be able to use them as gifts. I’m sure that they will be fine for playing dress up, but not for a gift which was the entire reason why I purchased them.
Boo to Halo Heaven. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Funny thing…I actually got mine this evening. I had about 4 replacements and I am pretty sure they gave me an extra tutu…but again I could have counted wrong 🙂 I sure hope you get yours before the weekend—I bet you will!!
