I don’t really know… I signed up for the rewards, and I’ve only really spent maybe $50 there this year. I only shop there for a few school clothes for DS and when there’s a coupon. This is the second free panty coupon I’ve gotten, and a $10 off any purchase coupon in the mail too. Maybe you should re-sign up?

My code is different. From what I understand, they are one time use codes and the register will prompt if the code has already been redeemed.
I used one last time and the cashier also let me use the 40% friends and family coupon so the 5 for 10 socks came out to be 3.47!

That one is no longer available, i found by searching gap printable coupons.
Last week when this deal came out it wouldn’t work at the register. And they just had to let me go without getting the deal. I was so bummed. Why would a company put things out like this and then not inform their workers as to it’s existence?

The coupon was released prior to the November 14 start date. It didn’t work when you used it when Collin originally posted because it was prior to the start date.
I used my previous $5 off code to buy candy–they have bags of Christmas candy for $3.95 right now.

When I did one from both my husband and my facebook, we both got the same code…will they both work?
The same thing happened to me. I was wondering that myself. We both have the same codes now.
You have to do it from a different computer. I did them both on the same one under 2 different Facebook accounts and both codes were the same. Then I went under my husband on the laptop and the oode they gave then was different. So I guess it works like regular coupons and knows your IP address. Hope this helps!

You can also use a different web browser. I did it under mine and my husbands using Internet Explorer and noticed the same code, but then I did his again but used Google Chrome this time and it printed a different code.
Off topic- Yesterday, many of you had mentioned that you have already received $25 AMEX gift card as part of the small business offer. I had also registered for this. However, I had received an email saying that I will get credit of $25 for shopping at a small business on Nov 26.

$25 gift card is from FedEx. After register with Amex. They will give you $25 statement credit after you spend $25 or more in 11/26/2011. Totally different promotion.
I did Amex $25 statement credit last year. It appear on the statement for that credit automatically.
There were two similar but different things going on there. This one that every is saying that got was for signing up on FedEx’s facebook page for a $25 pre-paid credit card.
I got this last week and used it, it took them FOREVER to get it to work but it finally worked and I got a pair of 2T pjs for .66!! TOTAL! THey were having their 30% off everything so it came off first then the $5. Great deal but yeah it was a bit of a head ache at the store. I would suggest printing it out rather than mobile device, just my two cents though

Oh well, last time I got some adorable socks for my daughter, they were so cute and the variety was large I ended up paying $5 OOP but getting 5 pairs in total!
The kids socks were $1.79 a pair last weekend. The cashier couldn’t get the coupon to work so they gave me 3 pairs of socks for FREE! I didn’t even pay sales tax. There was no mention of credit card, although I do have one and I mentioned the tax and they said not to worry about it.
My store told me that they could not accept the coupon because it was not a Gap promotion. They said it was a counterfeit promotion…..

I read the fine print and it says you CAN combine this with one other deal (except for an employee discount, rewards cards, and the initial discount you get when signing up for their credit card.)
So, in other words, if you have a generous “friend” with a different facebook profile than yours, you could use two coupon codes in one transaction, making this a $10 freebie!
