Quinoa was a good price and I was looking for a place that sold brown rice syrup! Thanks! Also got some fragrance free bar soap for my boys sensitive skin.
How long does it take to get an order from them? I ordered quite a while ago and have not received my order yet.
I have ordered from Vitacost twice and both times received my order within two days.
Kim, once they ship your package, you should get a confirmation email w/a tracking #. Just go to UPS.com and enter the tracking # and you can see the status.
Sometimes the order will come via UPS, other times the order will transfer over from UPS to the USPS. That is the status of my order that I placed last week (2/22, shipped 2/23, finally got here today, and it’ll be delivered tomorrow with my mail) Waiting is the hardest part!
Oh, I’ve placed orders with them several times, and this last order has taken the longest. Past orders I got within 3-5 days, this one took 7.
