im just wondering but has anybody even recieve their freebies on shoptext? cuz i have signed up for a lot of them in the past but have never recieved one :/ they have my address and everything so idk why im not gettting the stuff 🙁
I have only done one of these before and it was for a Proglide Razor. It took a while to come, but it came and it was like the ones you buy at the store with 2 cartridges in it.
I have received a nail polish and a Clean and Clear sample. They both took a while to receive, but they did come! So just hold out for them.

If you signed up for the mary kay lip gloss sample or aveeno shampoo sample that Collin posted about yesterday, it was to the same number as this Tide offer. I got the same message, but figured maybe they had my address on file through the text offer yesterday or through P&G..

Gotta laugh. I put soap in my washer and swish it around with warm water for half an hour three times a day already. How much cleaner does it need to be?!?
😛 No doubt! I couldn’t help but laugh when I noticed all the “washing machine cleaner” labels in the detergent aisle at Wal-Mart recently (shopping for Fels Naptha). Seriously? What AREN’T they going to make you think you have to purchase factory-made next? It’s sad, really, because people fall for it hook, line, & sinker.
Pour two cups of vinegar or lemon juice into the tub, and run the washing machine through a complete cycle on the hottest setting to remove odors, stains and detergent build up.
Just Google any cleaning project & you’ll find the easy, back-to-basics solutions – plus it’ll cost SO much less while being just as effective or better.
“washing machine cleaners” only became popular after HE washers because mold, soap, etc can build up in the rubber gasket around the door. This can stain clothes and/or decrease the efficiency of the washer.Your way would work too, but like anything else some people prefer the convienence. I figure it is worth a try since it is free.

My machine has a “Pure Cycle” button on it. When the red light comes I just run it on “Pure Cycle” without clothes and it’s clean. I did order this freebie for my mom. Her machine is front loading and doesn’t have a special cycle to clean it. Hers smells mildewy sometimes. I think for her this would work better than a home remedy. She’s a busy lady.
It is also a good idea to keep the door open after washing in your HE because it can dry out and less likely to mildew. I have yet to have a problem with smell with my new washer because of this tip someone gave me. I am still going to use this cleaner though just to make sure.

I did send request to same # for Aveno sample. Got couple of msgs: to confirm that i am 13 years old, zip code, street address, name and at the end i got confirmation that the sample will arive within 6-8 weeks.
Now it just asked me for e-mail address. I got msg that my sample ” ships soon”. No question about address. If it comes from P& G i am getting their e- mail and mail offers so that may be why they dont ask for address, since they have it…or maybe it is just some scam….. Time will show!
if you’ve signed up for previous sample text offers to 467467, your mailing address is already on file. I’ve signed up for about 8 text offers over the past year and I’ve gotten them all. The very first time I had to enter all my info, but after that I just needed to text Y that my address was correct.

I texted TIDE first….and nothing happened. Then I texted Tide….and it finally came though. When you sign up for the first time with the number 467467, they ask all of your information and then after that they should have it on file so you don’t have to send it again. Usually these freebies run out pretty fast but I got mine so keep trying! 😉

I had to text my birthdate and then had to text my email address. Received text that my sample will ship soon. How do they know where to ship? Is this a scam?
TIDE worked for me but the Mary Kay one never did. They didn’t message me about a charge, just asked for email address then said, “Your sample will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks.” Told me to text PG for offers from the PG Saver.
