On another boot note, did anyone else order those boots a week or two ago from 6pm? I never received my boots, only an email that they had been “returned” and they would credit back my card. When I contacted customer service, they said it was a mistake and I could reorder the boots… trouble was, they were $14 more that I originally paid for them! They said I could pay that price and then call for a price adjustment. I passed, didn’t trust them.

Got my $7.50 boots in the mail yesterday…I was so excited! But, I’m not sure that they were even worth the $7.50. I even checked the packing slip to make sure I didn’t order slippers. I have flip flops that are sturdier.
I am very unhappy with this company. I placed an order for the combat boots for my daughter and went to check the status today. I had no orders under my account. So I called in and they said that my order was cancelled and those boots discontinued. I never got any email stating that. So people that are still waiting on your orders, check your account and see if your order is even still listed.

Please double check the orders you are getting. I only received 1/2 my order and when I called they of course said the boots were out of stock and no longer available. Also a pair were the completely wrong boots.

Yeah, same here. I knew these wouldn’t be fantastic quality, but they’re worse than shoes you find at dollar general. Im just glad I didnt pay a lot.
I just sent them an email about my order. I never got it; initially, the charge was pending in my bank account, but then it must have disappeared b/c my account is off by exactly that amount (and no boots). I logged into my account on there — no history of ANY orders. Not sure if I even want them at this point when they respond after what I’m reading.
Just my update on the orders for the suede booties. I doubted I would get this order as it was listed on backorder, but low and behold today I received a shipping confirmation on them. For the price that I paid, I don’t expect more than a season or two of wear…I’m happy to be receiving them.
P.S. For the people who log in and there is no order listed, I believe that it says “The invoice number is listed in your e-mail confirmation and begins with a 5”. Obviously I had the same experience (nothing on file) and I did get my confirmation. Don’t give up hope.
Update on mine also (I posted above on Dec. 27)… The charge for my suede booties popped back up on my account and I got a shipping notification with tracking today. I’m not expecting much but so long as they can be treated with Lysol and last a season, I’ll be okay with it!
Weirdly, the invoice # in my email confirmation did NOT start with a 5… All very strange. I’ll be happy to get cheap booties but will not buy from here again.
I just received my booties order and I am very happy with the Charles Albert booties from Body Central, which are selling on another site for $42.99. The price of $7+ each is a great price and the boots appear to be well made and carefully packed. So happy this worked out!
