   Most I wanted from the Itunes store are not free – look at the date in the link – 2/27/2013 – nearly a year old!

  Which ones were not free? I pulled up all except two that were not available in the U.S. and they were all free…

  five or six of them are also available from Amazon Marketplace if you want them on your kindle fire
