I had the same problem & did a live chat with customer service. They fixed it no problem.
Double check, it didn’t work for me and one I thought was sold by amazon wasn’t (was prime shipping but sold by other vendor.) When I fixed that it worked. I used it on all Ever After High dolls.

I did a price match for these at Target with no problems (even did it at the register).
