  Hi Amy, I entered the code in the Gift Cards & Promotional Codes and it worked. Maybe trying closing your browser and adding it back into your cart to see if that works.

  I have had this bottle a few months now. The fruit can get soggy after a while, but it stays inside the infuser part of the bottle. I love my Basily bottle!!!
