  I think it’s only a specific group of costumes. The only way I could tell which ones were included was to click on the link above with this phrase: “additional 20% off select Halloween Costumes for the Entire Family ” and look through them there. Hope I’m right and that helps you!

   I just price matched this at Walmart and got it for $12.32 after tax!! They wouldn’t do the $9.06 price. But I didn’t have to order from Amazon and pay shipping (not an amazon prime member) and I got it today which is a plus! My daughter is in love with the dress! And what a great price! Thank you for posting this deal, it just made mine and my 3 year olds night 🙂
