   “Never kink” is an overstatement. I have this hose, and while it’s a bit better than some others out there, you will still be untangling the thing after you stretch it out to the sprinkler or whatnot. On the plus side we’ve had it for years and it has yet to spring a leak!

   Has any one else had this problem? It said I have $6 in Suprise Reward points and I click and log on and they say I have no points? So confused.

  Yes that happened to me. I had to call customer service and they manually addded them to my account.

  On the contact us page type in a question in the box “I have a question related to an existing order” and when the answers come up click the very bottom link that says I have a question related to an existing order. A chat box should open up. It took me some time to find it but someone else may have a way to find it directly, I don’t.

  Kmart and sears have some amazing deals, but their customer service is horrible. Also a lot of times points never post or are super slow to post to your account. Almost isn’t worth the aggravation!

  ‘Shop Your Way’ is THE worst rewards program of all I’ve dealt with. I let points go all the time just to avoid the hassle.

  mine too. This deal may no longer be working. It says its “sold by” someone other than Sears. I wouldn’t think it would be available to pick up at Sears if that was the case.

   It’s no longer in stock at sears! So it outsource to another company and that’s why it changes price! If you call customer service they will give you a rain check
