I’ve ordered chocolate and candy from Amazon in the past and it’s arrived melted and smashed. FYI.
Me too. I ordered the Lindor Truffles in the past and they arrived all melted and oily. I called and Amazon replaced it but charged my credit card. So I had to call AGAIN and they reversed the charge. Customer service is great but those were still extra time I had to spend to call when I shouldn’t have.
I ordered these chocolates a few weeks ago and they were packed on ice and in perfect condition.
