Got one for my 4 year old and hopefully for my 14 months old when he is old enough for it lol
This bike would actually more likely fit your 14 month old unless your 4 year old is extremely small.
We’ve tested a 12 inch and 16 inch ones at Walmart. 16 inch is too big for her
