   whomever the person was that left the message saying Liar. you area very sad person, you can’t identify yourself and I doubt you do anything except search around for things you can get free or low cost and never once have you said a thank you. Your the type of person that would make me not do this kind of thing THANK GOD there are far better people than me and you should be ASHAMED!!

   as far as the email I got one too with the $10 off $30 oh well what can you do.
   Another day and another deal, lets just move on and be thankful for what we do have and the money we do save.

   to the person who said it already debited from your account ..Did it actually debit already or they just placed a hold on it. I use Chase (formally WAMU) and it shows holds but those aren’t actually debits from your account (my acct shows a hold right now too). and from what I understand the hold will be released as we are not getting anything. In any case I would print the email and keep an eye on your acct. and if it looks like they actually debited it go straight to the bank.

   I e-mailed customer service. I can’t believe they did that! What a bad move from a PR standpoint. They should suck it up and process those orders! I definitely will not be using that $10 off $30 coupon – they lost a customer.

   So it looks like the buy something and get a free gift part is still active. I just added the bag back to my cart and the glasses still come up. The total is $5.45. In my opinion this is still a great deal.

   The coupon code could have been bogus, or meant for only one use, so I don’t blame the company at all for not honoring it. A company can discount their product and still make a profit, but there is no way to recoup shipping fees.

   I ordered this morning and this afternoon got an e-mail saying this was an error and was not available and my credit card would not be charged.

   The code works if start with $15 in your cart. There is a link of items that are on sale for $5 or less so you can still score some cute gifts and get the sunglasses free! You would get an additional 10% off you items, free sunglasses and free shipping with the code. Not too bad for a total of $13.50…Thanks again Hip2Save for even making us aware of this code in the first place! Shame on the coward who said LIAR…get a life of your own and stop interrupting ours…

    When I was doing the transaction last night – I was thinking to myself “I bet this will not go through” It was to good to be true – they are are not going to ship for free and send a free gift with a cheap item at that. I got my email today as well. Can’t always win. Thanks tho & still save a ton since Iv been here.

    This is my first blog ever. I have been reading your comments. They are so helpful in putting my deals together. I found you from money saving mom and I just found her by accident. I have been couponing for years and could never get anyone else interested. I am thrilled to see how you help each other. I also got the email. Nothing ventured nothing gained. I had no bag yesterday morning and none tonight. We will all live to fight another day.

    I received an email from them saying “Due to a technical error on our website, we regret to inform you that the order you placed this past week end has been canceled, and your credit card will not be charged.

    Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.” They provided a code to use for $10 off when I spend $30.

    I got an email stating my order was cancelled and I would not be charged. HOWEVER, I just checked my account today and I have a charge of $5.95 processing from this company!! Please check your credit cards because even though they said there would be no charge, it seems they added shipping to my orginal purchase price and STILL charged me! What a mess this is!
