I just went through all the books I bought and got them put together and there were several pieces missing..called the company and got the extra pieces mailed to me. The lady was very nice! You may want to check your books and make sure all the pieces are there though.. Out of the 10 books I bought three books were missing pieces and velcro 🙂 Good luck!
