Just placed an order, timed out before I could put my code in, and the order DID go thru…I’m on hold with customer service right now to see if they can put in the code for me, or if I can cancel my order. Frustrating!

I tried for several times to place an order. It timed out but when I tried to place it again, the code would not work. I called customer service who told me the order did place. I got the duo and will put it away for the holidays. VERY SLOW!!! Be sure to call CS if you need. Very nice!

Same story — my PayPal shows I sent them $2.51 for my 3 tubs of hot cocoa…..
I could not get thru on line, so phoned my order in only to be told you cannot use two promotions at the same time. I argued with the lady on the other end of the phone and told her this was untrue but she insisted I could only have free shipping or the $10 off.

Failed to authorize this checkout. error is place same order more than twice, please use different card. This is what it told me when I tried to put it through again since it just sat there the first time. Now I don’t know for sure if anything went through, as I signed in as a guest.

Okay, so you have to give them your credit card info BEFORE applying the coupon code??? Because I see a spot for a coupon code, but it’s not blank and available to insert anything there …. it says to complete your shipping & billing info to apply a promo code, but after you give them your shipping and billing info, the next step is “Place Order”.
