After I entered in the promo code and verified order, the page it sent me to was blank and said “done” at the bottom of the screen. hit “back” and did it agian and same thing. 🙁 Hope it didnt charge me twice. But if it does charge me twice, would they both be for .59 cents?? Hopefully so!
You need to check! I was charged twice: 1 with the code, and 1 without! I had to call and cancel the one.

Well lo and behold, the order that had timed out went thru! I finally called the company (19min. on hold), she was very, very nice, and the order went through, bag of coffee and canister of hot choc for $1.66! Looks like the code will only work in lowercase letters. Do not use all caps because it will not work. 🙂

The site crashed as it was saving my credit card info but before I could enter the coupon code. I was on hold with CS for a LONG time to see if I had been charged. I found out that my order had not been placed and my card info had not been saved. She said she could enter my credit card info but not place an order over the phone and that I would need to go back to the site and order. She said the day has been one to remember. Maybe I’ll try later if it is running faster as I don’t want to risk getting charged before entering the code. I did get an email for registering and a $5 off next order coupon.

Hilarious! I was just on the phone with Boca Java for like 20 minutes and the lady was trying to get my credit card but said that I couldn’t put an order through with them because I had a coupon code.

I called and got my order in through customer service. However, the woman I spoke with said that on the website it clearly states that the free shipping cannot be combined with any other offer. She didn’t want to give me the free shipping but did end up placing the order. I did go back to the website and that is what it says. So, just a heads-up that this offer, like others that have come before it, may end up in canceled orders. We will see what happens!

I don’t know if my order went through, I entered my paypal info and it timed out. On paypay it said it it is sending them a payment of .22 so I guess it went through. Kind of strange I don’t want to try it again and get charged 2x even though it is only .22. I wonder if Boca Java sends a conformation email when your order is placed because I haven’t got one yet.

Awesome. I tried calling back, but it was busy. I tried calling back several times but it was always busy. I decided that it seemed like I was not supposed to get free coffee. So I gave up. I closed the webpage, checked my email out of habit, and low and behold, an order confirmation email! Apparently it worked! So, for everyone that is waiting, and then it errors, check your email to see if you get a confirmation! 🙂

I had similar situation where I had to call them and the code went thru just fine. I just had problem with my order itself with being charged an extra dollar for decaf, which I did not click for..weird. But they were great and took care of it.
So I think it finally went thru…whew! This was one that took forever, hope the hubby likes some hot chocolate for his b-day! 🙂
OMG finally. Timed out on line even though I thought it worked. Paypal showed that the payment came out, but I called customer service to double check and they had no record of the order. So the rep on the phone took my order and was very nice. Did take a while to get through though.

I first want to say I had the NICEST!! customer service rep named Danielle..with their comp systems also bogged downed she kept on trying. this order took 45 mins on the phone…we laughed and talked about many things while she continued to process my order.
