So, I am thinking they charged me with out the coupon code and possibly more than once. Or, I wont’ get to order at all now that it is refusing my card – asssuming I placed the order already.
worst thing is the customer service is closed – maybe that is why the systems are no so slow too. all the reps logged off the system.
I tried so many times, that I finally gave up. No matter how many times I tried to process the order, it was thrown out. PS: I just checked my E-mail, and what do you know my receipt for the order was confirmed. Check your spam and see if it went through or not. This was a crazy one!

You can make coffee with a french press–which is essentially adding boiling water to coffee and then straining it . . . more or less . . . makes for a stronger cup ‘o joe. very good.

I have been trying to place an order since 3 and either can’t get to a screen with the promo code box or if I do, I get logged out and have to log in a dozen more times before it says I am logged in
I spent hours trying to get the order to go through. No answer at customer service phone line when I called during their business hours. Keep getting 502 503 errors when I try to complete the order. It would not go to Paypal at all. Never really got order through, although it did take the coupon code once. I waited a couple of hours, tried again, still in my cart, although now it says coupon not valid before crashing like before. Think they were overwhelmed with the orders for cheap coffee??? Wonder if the crashes were on purpose?

I made it to place an order and pay with paypal but then I needed to delete one item so I went back to do that and did not confirm my purchase. After that I have not been able to use the code. I checked the ‘my account’ section and it shows that I did place an order even though I didn’t. If it does go through, it is okay I will just get one thing that I wanted to take off. I just don’t know if it really went through or not. It does not show up in paypal nor in my bank account AND no confirmation e-mail. I hope I do get it since I have been working on this off and on for hours! LOL
