ExpoTV/Tryology: Try FREE Products by Creating Product Review Videos + Reader's Experience

Have you heard of the ExpoTV.com and/or the Tryology program?! I actually posted about these programs over a year ago and then honestly forgot that that they existed. So here’s a recap about these programs (for you and me 😉 ).
Here’s how ExpoTv.com works…
* Share your unbiased opinion about products that you own.
* Earn points for providing consumer insights in video, responding to a variety of consumer topics and taking surveys.
* Redeem your points for gift cards and merchandise at the EXPO store.
* Every month, EXPO offers ways for members to get more involved by doing product research or by referring friends to the site. And when you do, you are entered in to monthly drawings where you can win Amazon Gift Cards.
* Get selected to try (and keep) products (sometimes before they hit stores) through the exclusive Expo program called Tryology. You are matched with products based on your interests and responses to surveys and then asked to share your honest opinion in video.
* Keep in mind that you must be at least 18 years of age to submit videos. However, if you are the parent or legal guardian of someone 13 years of age or older, that person may appear in the videos you submit under your account.
Are you interested in becoming an ExpoTV/Tryology member? Here’s what you need to do…
(1) Head on over here and register with ExpoTv.com.
(2) Be sure to complete your profile information and keep it up to date. The more ExpoTV knows about you, the better they’ll be at matching you with Tryology Programs that you may qualify for in the future. So be sure to tell them about your hobbies and interests as well as complete surveys that go out from time to time.
(3) If you qualify for a specific Tryology Program, you will receive an email notification from Expo which will give you directions on how to confirm your interest and lock in your spot in the upcoming program.
(4) In exchange for receiving the free product, you will be required to upload a video review. Members who do not upload a review of the product after receiving a Tryology kit will not be considered for future Tryology programs.
Currently, select Tryology members are reviewing Herbal Essences products, Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power Razors, new product by Honey Bunches of Oats, and the HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Printer.
Check out this email that I received from reader, Ashley…

A while ago you posted on your blog about Expo and their Tryology program. I signed up, and have posted a few videos about products I have in my home to earn points. About a month ago, I was emailed a screener for their HP Tryology program. I completed it to get points, never thinking I’d qualify since I’m not super active on the site. Imagine my surprise when I was emailed that I was chosen, and my happiness when I opened the door to the Fed Ex man today and this (see picture above): one FREE HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Printer, 5 ink cartridges AND a pack of both regular printing paper and photo paper! Eeek! All I have to do is set up the printer, try it out, and post a video about my experiences, and the printer is mine to keep! How cool is that?
Are you a current ExpoTV or Tryology member? If so, let us know if you have qualified for product reviews.
Wholly cow!! Congrats Ashley!!! That’s awesome!! I just didn’t want to have to bother w/making a video..hmm…might be changing my mind now! Wow!!
This is well worth it! I have qualified numerous times over the past year and my hubby too. He got an expensive Braun shaver to try out (he was all for the program then!). I have saved up more than $100 in amazon giftcards so far too.
WOW!! I’m the same as Janice – I didn’t want to fuss with the videos – Maybe I’ll be changing my mind a little!
WOW! I just signed up after seeing that free printer, lol. Uploading a video of you reviewing it isn’t bad for the free stuff!
funny our printer just died yesterday so seeing the opportunity to earn great items like this has me interested in signing up. Way to go Ashley.
I love Expo, they are great! I was I had got in on the HP, but I have qualified for many cool products with them
I Love Expo TV. They are a great site. I just recently won $100 gift card to Bed, Bath, and Beyond for giving a review on Ways to Save Money on Back to School Shopping!! I never, ever win, so I was super excited when I got the email saying I had won.
Wow, I gave up using the EXPO site a while back, but I may just have to start trying again.
Wow!! I signed up and am trying to qualify for an Herbal Essences trial. I wish I could have gotten in on that printer though! What an awesome program!
totally awesome!:)
I am an expotv member. I really love it! I have gotten about 30 or so amazon.com dollars from them and I don’t even do very many videos! I wait around for the ones that can be any brand of a certain type of product since I almost never buy name brand. I actually have one or two that I need to get cracking on! The videos only have to be a minute long. Well worth it!
WOW is right! I guess I should reconsider trying some of these survey sites!
I just got the printer, too! I LOVE the program – this is my fourth Tryology experience and all have been phenomenal. Plus, it is SO simple to earn FREE gift cards!
Expo is great! Once you get the hang of doing the videos, you can actually do them pretty quickly. It’s a whole lot faster to get Amazon gift cards than Swagbucks is. I recently got points for doing a video of Kraft products, plus I got a $20 Visa card to purchase the products! Definitely worth it!
I got the printer but I didnt. The email went to my spam and by the time I responded it was too late. Im disappointed. But I love Tryology too!
a friend of mine does this all the time. she received an lg vacuum from them because they knew she used a dyson. she got to keep the vacuum for free! she also earned enough points to get her husband a scuba diving trip for when he gets back from afganistan, along with lots of other stuff!! im going to start using this site soon!
I got picked for the herbal essence. i am so nervous about doing videos!
