I received my Vado mini camcorder in the mail yesterday from 1SaleADay. I LOVE IT!!! It works great. I also received from them 2 earphones for stocking stuffers. So far I am very pleased with what I have received. I have not had to deal with customer service so I can’t tell you how good or bad they are… don’t forget you can click on the “specs” tab and it will tell you if its new or refurbished.

Thank you…I can get these at my local Dollar Tree for a $1 and get the ones we use and know they will be in decent condition. There are quite a few complaints about nicer things than these.

You can’t just look at the rating… you have to look at the reasons for the rating and other details on the BBB site.

Have you seen the recent news story about companies paying the BBB for good ratings? A rating from them meens nothing to me!
I find it interesting that if you read through the complaints at the Consumer Affairs website, one of the complaints from January of this year mentions that they have a “C+” rating at the BBB. Looking at the BBB site, they have an “A” rating – but they also became a “BBB accredited” business in May. According to their site, the business has to pay for the accreditation, but their description of the process sounds to me just like what you said – they pay a fee and get a better rating. Their description even says accreditation doesn’t mean anything (from what I understand)!
Had to refresh a couple times, but finally got it for my nephew for Christmas.

I’ve seen the ones at the dollar store and they appear flimsy. Probally cost more at the dollar store if you add up all the items offered at sale1day. I received my cameras last week and they look decent. I think this is a good deal. Thanks Collins for posting this deal.
Comparing it to the amazon one, it does look like the generic version play pack. Hopefully it will fit into the remotes properly. Well, for $2.98, it’s worth a try.

Does anyone know if this website is a scam? i ordered one but am worried that they will charge your credit card for future unauthorized charges.
I did research on this company a little over a year ago and just got a creepy feeling from them. I tracked it back to basically some whiz kids running it out of their basement in NYC. There are lots of complaints about the products (usually stolen or refurbished from what I read), but there were no complaints of credit card fraud. I mean – when there is a deal like this, you gotta know that it could be complete crap or something you got for an awesome deal.

FYI… I looked at my bank account today and 1saleaday has taken multiple transactions out of my bank account and not even for what I ordered. I googled them and it appears that their site is scam. Multiple reviews saying they never received the items or they weren’t what they expected. Thanks to that site, I had to close my debit card and order a new one. It is a mess!! The site 1saleaday doesn’t even have a customer service number. Their website says you have to contact them through twitter, facebook or blog. That’s not much of customer service. I’m sad I took that deal because it has caused me grief. Has anyone else had this problem?
