For some reason it is not showing the shipping as free….I’m afraid to finalize the order….I show the cards for 12.99 but did your shipping show as free also?

    • Ashley C.

You have to make sure they are the 4×8 size I believe

  2. Jill

I’m still holding out for the freebie x-mas cards like last year ::crosses fingers:: 🙂

    • Janet

I know what you mean! I hope they have some again this year. And maybe a photobook again?!

  3. Joanna

Either I didn’t do something right or to get the $12.99 deal you have to actually order 50 first at regular price and the second 50 are $12.99. Just to let people know.

  4. subby

Why is my cost $24.99? It said $12.99 for 50 but when I went back to check out its saying $24.99.

  5. Stephanie K

I got the cards for $12.99/50 in my cart but shipping keeps coming up. The cheapest is 21 days, but that would be too late for Christmas. How do you get the Free 7 Day Shipping?

  6. Jessica

I got the cards yesterday for 12.99 but didn’t see free shipping anywhere. I ended up paying for 7 day shipping.

  7. Collin

Hmmm… that’s odd. I just went through the whole process and my total came to $12.99. On the shipping option page, I was able to choose the option that states “Priority: 7 Days – FREE”

Make sure to not add any additional offers to your cart… and also make sure to choose all the free options for the cards.

    • Ashley C.

Could it be that some picked different size cards?

      The website says this…
      CYBER MONDAY WEEK ONLY!
Get 50 HOLIDAY CARDS FOR $12.99 + FREE 7 DAY SHIPPING!
Offer valid on 4×8 Photo Cards Only.
Additional shipping & processing charges apply to other products.

    • Sal

I have had similar trouble in the past. Things were free and then somehow changed to not free when I was ready to pay. I called them and they fixed it for me.

    • Jessica

      Collin,

I too was having problems yesterday. I tried several times and was not able to get the right price. I decided to try again this morning. Well it paid off, I was able to get them for $12.99 with free shipping. The only thing that I did different this time was when it came to the page for you to check out, I clicked on the check out button to the right on my page not the one down below by the paypal symbol. Please get this out to others; it may do the trick!

      • Yvonne

Thanks for the tip! I was about to give up and abandon my order. Your trick worked!!

        • Jessica

          That is great!

  8. Hillary

This is only for the 4×8 flat- just noticed the restricition.

  9. Danielle D.

I’m not able to get the free shipping either. I’m purchasing a flat 4X8 photo card…

  10. Ashley C.

Okay mine said $24.99 after I put in my credit card. I didn’t finalize the order thank heavens but I’m starting to think that the “4×8 photo cards” must not be the same as the “Holiday Photo Cards” that we all want.

  11. Hillary

The cheapest shipping for the 21-day is $5.67 for me.

  12. MrGoodfriend

I had to contact Customer Service. I did get the 4×8 50 cards for 12.99. She had me select the 7-day, and said she would issue a refund for the shipping.

    • Sheri

Your lucky the guy I got wouldn’t budge at all. So I told him I would go else where.

  13. Sheri

I just chatted with Vista print, they are telling me you must spend $30 to get free shipping. So you can get the cards for $12.99 but you must pay for shipping. I told him that this was false advertisement. He apologized for his websites miscommunication.

  14. Sara

Why is it trying to make me pay a $4.99 upload fee?
My price would be $17.48. Help??!!!!

  15. Jen

Everything shows up as 12.99 w/ the free shipping until I go to checkout and it bumps it up to 24.99…..

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

same thing happened to me and I have been unable to actually get a hold of a person to speak to through their customer service number…I sent them an email…

    • Sarah

same thing here–the very last step bumps it up to 24.99 and I’m not paying that!

      • Jessica

Hit the check out button to the right of the page, not the one at the bottom. I did that and it worked!

  16. jen s

I called and my support person spoke to a supervisor who said it is a problem with that promotion right now. They processed my order over the phone and I had to pay for shipping and have it refunded to me. I’ll have to keep my eyes out for the refund. I’m sure there will be other great deals on cards like last year (the free one’s at see here) but I didn’t want to wait.

  17. Rachel K

Make sure you don’t go through ebates or shop at home. Once I just went through vista print the free shipping worked. I had to call though, the cards did not ring up 12.99. They refunded me no problem 🙂

  18. Cyndy

I went ahead and added those 50 (4×8) photo cards to my cart and the amount shown was $12.99 then I choose the free 7-day shipping, however, when I was about to checkout and pay, that total price mysteriously bumped up to $23.99!! I called and entered my account number when it prompted for it but only got the automated system. I guess I will go ahead and just send them a quick email, which can take up to 48 hours to respond. bummer.

  19. Mandy King

Could someone who actually got through to Vistaprint tell me how you avoided the automated line. I cannot get a human being to save my life =)

  20. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi Collin, I love your website, but I hope you know how deceptive that Vista Print is. The advertisement states that the cards are $12.99 for 50 cards + free 7 day shipping. I spoke to customer service and although it doesn’t actually TELL you, there is a $50 purchase minimum. This is false advertisement and they are dishonest. I hope all your readers know this!

  21. Mary Brock

Vista Print isn’t honoring the free shipping promise anymore. I’ve had trouble with them before, so I’m just canceling mine!

  22. Cindy

Seriously Vistaprint?? I just took 2+ hours to finish my photo Christmas card, and the step RIGHT before I was trying to pay they CHANGED THE PRICE! I am now on the phone with customer service and he claims there’s no promotion for 50 cards for $12.99. uh, what? The promo is listed at the top of THEIR WEBSITE!!
WATCH OUT WHEN ORDERING FROM VISTAPRINT!
I have ordered from them in the past with no problems, but now they are starting to do the ol’ “Bait & Switch” and changing the prices at the VERY LAST STEP… probably hoping people won’t notice before they click PAY.
This is NOT the first time this has happened to me, either.
I think I’ll be sending my business elsewhere. That is HORRIBLE customer service!
…I’m still on hold… wasting my day with them… AGAIN.
    FRUSTRATED!!!!!!
Let’s all boycott Vistaprint until they can treat their customers like we deserve to be treated!

    • Cindy

The customer service rep said that he would put a promotion code in my account so I can get the price and free shipping. I also told him that it was poor customer service and that he needed to pass on my complaint to his manager because they will lose my business if this happens again. I have ordered hundreds of dollars from their website and will take my business elsewhere if they do this again.
I believe they know EXACTLY what they are doing… although he claimed it was a computer glitch. Really? Then FIX IT!
What a wasted day… and I STILL don’t have my Christmas Cards ordered. grrrrr

  23. Boo Boo

I use Vista Print all the time and never had a problem. This deal does seem to be gone now though. Mine is coming out to $13.49 + shipping. I want to try a code for free shipping “1/31/11” but I can’t find where to enter promo codes.

  24. Nancy E

Yay! I just kept trying off and on all day and it just went through at $14.03. I am happy with that! Hoping the quality is good! 🙂

  25. Dani

I just ordered the 50 free 4×8 Holiday cards. I paid the 12.99 with free 7 day shipping. I had no problems at all.

  26. MWujcik

I just ordered them too and got the free 7 day shipping.

    • Tara

Did you use a code for the free shipping?

      • Dani

No it just had it as an option when I was on the shipping page.

  27. Angie

It looks like you have to order the cards that say $5.99. If they are more than that, the price will be lots more! Too bad it took me two times of making cards to figure this out. I must like all the expensive cards!

  28. Margie

Just placed my order with no issues. I do have an account with them and was also able to pay with paypal acct. Can’t wait to get them. Love Vista Print!

  29. deeds

I just placed my order with no problems……site was easy to use……..paid $12.99 with paypal.
Yipee! I get to cross something off my “to do” list. 🙂

  30. Christa

There was a free shipping option. I chose that one.

  31. Rebecca

After 2 try’s I finally figured it out. On the main page you have to click cards under the Holiday section. There you choose the Photo Holiday cards for $5.99. That will get you where you need to go. If you start from anywhere else you won’t get the deal. Took me an hour to figure it out. Paid 12.99 for 50 cards in the end.
