    THANK YOU COLIN! I ordered over $450 worth of dresses, castles, toys and towels and it only cost $107! I also had trouble getting passed my shopping cart to log in but I finally got a hold of a CS after the 5th try and she took both my promo codes and it will be delivered to my local JC Penny’s within a week! So excited thanks again!

    I had to leave around 5:20 PM and just came back. I tried again but the castle is sold out. 🙁 I really wanted it. Then I was all the way to the confirmation and it didn’t reflect the 20% off, even though I entered the promo code. Does anyone know if the promo code doesn’t work any more? It’s only 11:30 PM and not after midnight yet. I am trying to go back to my shopping bag and do this again. Ugh.

    i just called 1800 number. First time it cut me off quick, second time I waited and got a CS agent. She was very patient and kind. Rapunzel dress is sold out and so is the castle, but I did get 2 Sleeping Beauty dresses at 7.99 and sent to store with free ship

    Yeah, pretty sure I missed the boat now. It’s almost midnight and I couldn’t get it through. I guess I could have forgotten about the 20% off since it was a good deal regardless. Now I get nothing. Oh well. I wish it wasn’t tonight when I had to leave the computer…

    SO excited about this one! I ended up getting the Belle costume for only $7.99 (before Shop at Home)! My two year old LOVES dressing up & her aunt & uncle bought her the princess dress up shoes and stick-on earrings for Christmas, so this will be perfect! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!:o)

    I’ve been trying to place my order online off and on all day and kept getting error, and the 1-800-322-1189 was busy and said to call back later. So I called my local store and she gave me two more numbers to try, and 1-800-222-6161 put me on hold for over 15 min. so I tried 1-800-233-2111 and a very nice lady answered right away. She said the givejoy code for the towels was fraudulent, but I still got them and the cinderella and snow white dresses and the kids camera with the 4RELVES code all for $42.37!! So I saved around $115! Thank you so much for sharing this deal of the day!!!

    Just wanted to share that I’d also been trying to order online about all day w/ no luck. I finally just now called 800-233-2111 and the guy I spoke to was awesome. I was able to get the ballerina dress, the Belle one and the Rapunzel one all for the $9.99 price. The castle was sold out unfortunately & the little Rapunzel Vanity was as well but I was able to get a princess vanity for about the same price. He also honored the 4RELVES code (which he couldn’t get to work) and I got the free shipping to store…so, it’s worth a call if you’re still trying!

      Thanks for that number, I had NO luck calling the 1-800-322-1189. I just got off the phone with a CSR and apparently my order went through last night after 11pm CST, with the 4ELVES discount, but I haven’t received an email yet… but I’m super happy my HOURS spent on that website ended up being worth it 😉

    I too had trouble all day placing my order online and I also noticed that the prices on the Wednesday Deals were going up. So I called customer service just now and a VERY wonderful lady helped me. She told me that the Wednesday Deals end at noon which is why the price is changing. I told her about the problems I was having on the site and she honored the Wednesday Deal prices + the 4RELVES code + free shipping from site to store…which was AWESOME! I ordered over $320 worth of items (4 Towel Sets and 3 Disney Dresses) and paid only $71.00. THANKS!!

    Thank you thank you for this !! We have a wish tree at church and one little girl put princess dresses. Who knew!!! I would be able go get this little girls a great gift without breaking my bank. At that price I actually bought a couple. Hopefully this will help her have a fun Christmas this year:)

    Thanks Collin, I couldn’t get the site to work. It kept adding and deleting things to my cart. Called the 800 # and I got 4 princess dresses and a castle for $37 and free site to store shipping. Awesome. She said the Wednesday deals were year round. Who knew?

    This was the most irritating waste of a huge amount of time. grrrr
    The site kept putting items in my cart, then it would take them out. I put them in again and it would put 3-4 of the same thing. Then I had to take those out. Then it would take them all out and I would have to put them in again.

    STUPID STUPID website!!!!!

    I never could get an order to go through and I never could get anyone on the phone either.

    waaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

      that’s exactly what was happening to me.. i spent hours trying to do this. With a 3 year old and 5 month old it’s not easy to take that much time.

        Great news!! I called the number listed above (800-233-2111), told her I tried forever but the computer wasn’t working and no one would answer the phone. She said absolutely you can still get the deal today. It took her some searching to find the $9.99 offer, but she found that they were offered on the 1st for $9.99, the 4RELVES took off the 20%, and their Holiday Bears are on clearance for $7.99 so I threw one of those in the cart as well.

        The only downside is that the Rapunzel is sold out, but Belle, Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty all went into the cart and a Princess Ballerina for good measure too 🙂

    I am so frustrated.. I could NOT get through on the website.. i don’t know what was going on with that. My daughter wanted dress up dresses so bad for Christmas. UGHH.. I tried calling them for hours and the messsage kept saying we are currently busy helping other customers try again later and hung up.

    I just called (Thursday) in the 1800 number and Chelsea was able to give me the dresses for 12.99 each and then I also used the discount for a total of 10.39. Still a good deal.

    so annoyed with JCP right now, i orederd 2 dresses yesterday and was told they were both in stock, yeah! only to get a call this morning to be told the one i really wanted was sold out, she she have told me that yesterday!

    I had luck last night calling the local catalogue dept and got 4 dresses. Got a call from CS today saying one of my items is out of stock. I haven’t called back yet, but I’m sure it’s the Rapunzel… Bummer

    Did anyone have problems with JC Penney not finding your order?? I ordered the Rapunzel dress and I confirmed my credit card got charged but I never got a confirmation email from JCPenney. So frustrated with their site and will never order from them again.

      Just so everyone knows…I just returned from “picking up” my order and spent an HOUR doing so. Only part of my order was there (even though I received two phone calls that my order was ready). I was then charged multiple times for things that I didn’t order and also charged for items that were not in the order for me to pick up. When they tried to re-order the items that were missing, some were out of stock! A very frustrating experience to say the least. I just spent 10 minutes filling out a survey and also sending them a comment through their site about their service.

    My husband picked up my order yesterday….they had the towel set, but the two disney dresses were nowhere to be found. He came home with the towels and I noticed they charged my cc almost $14…called customer service, on hold forever and was redirected to one person after another. Finally got a supervisor on the phone and she explained that she cannot refund my cc the difference. Apparently there was an error with the promotion code and had to file a “claim” for accounting dept to followup with me. Very frustrating!….STILL no word on the princess dresses……don’t think I’ll be ordering from JCP again. It’s not worth my time or the headache 🙁

    Looks like my order was cancelled. No call, no email from JCP. I just tracked down my order and it looks like my card was never charged, and the order status is “cancelled”. I called the 800 number and they can’t tell me why, can’t reinstate the order, can’t do anything. Totally ridiculous.
