I signed up for the Shop Runner free trial, and got free 2 day shipping! It says you can cancel the membership at anytime (even if you’ve used it) and your credit card will not be charged. I plan on canceling my membership once I receive the toy! Thanks again Collin!

I looked on the Toys R Us site and it said the toy is $39.99 So I called the store and they said that it is $34.99. This $19.99 price is not correct.

Sold out and livid! I had my order in and confirmed, paypal smart connect blocked the charge from my paypal balance and my order was cancled!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRR! I called paypal, prolem fixed with my account, toysrus call ended with sorry all sold out, this was within 15 minutes of my original order! Good grief!

Okay, I’m not livid anymore! Just calld tru and was able to get all of the individual sets for the same price, and because I was going to pay with paypal they just noted it under my original order so I could call back later this week to order it with a credit card! yay!!!!

Bummer…had this item in my cart and when I went to checkout I got a message regarding the limited number available had been updated. Which basically ment then removed it from my cart. I am so bummed!
I had the same problem of checking all the way out and it then saying out of stock. But I called Toys R Us and the customer service rep gave me all the pieces (we had to go in and buy them separate) for 19.99!!!! The big boat didn’t qualify for my free shipping with shoprunner, so he even just gave me all free shipping. I was super excited.
I had it in my cart too ready to buy, then it was removed. I called customer service and the oh so friendly guy said it was out of stock and there was nothing he could do. Nice. Lucky you for getting it!

I took a chance and called customer service – I was able to get the individual pieces for the $19.99 price. The customer service rep was really polite and very helpful. Looking at the set the only piece that wasn’t available was the octopus, but I’m okay with that, it’s still a great deal. Thanks for sharing!
It was in stock when I put it in my cart, I immediately went to checkout and entered ALL my info even payment info, probably a 2 minute or less process, and I pressed the button to complete the transaction and the website took me to my empty shopping cart. Called Toysrus and they said nothing they could do. They can’t even pull up my transaction info to confirm to did all this! Plus to make the situation worse, when I was nicely letting the lady on the phone know about my situation…she LAUGHED at me and said “Life just isn’t fair”. Ouch, how rude..I might be 33, but us mom’s fight for our children and the things they love. So customer service isn’t being very helpful. They are letting too many people put this item in their carts and they don’t have the inventory to back it up, PLUS it is not sold in stores and they have no clue when it will be available again to be on a backorder list,so….there is nothing they can do:( NOT HAPPY with Toysrus right now!
Had the same problem, was checked all the way out then told me not available. Called customer service and she couldn’t do anything.
I called and asked if they would put all the pieces together for me for the same price but they said no. But they did put a note on my account saying that my order was cancelled and that I want the item for 19.99 when it comes back in stock, so I guess I will see if I get it!
