Those of you that paid via paypal, did you get a confirmation from WeShop, Inc.? or did you justt get a confirmation from paypal? It’s been about 5 hours since i ordered mine and it’s been paid for but not 1 email from WeShop!
I paid with Paypal and got nothing and called to see what the problem was. If you have a yahoo email (what I used to buy it), they were having trouble getting confirmations to yahoo accounts. I gave them another email address over the phone and they said I should get my code there….fingers crossed!
I never received an email from them and I ordered at 10:00am ! I don’t know whats up?
I paid with paypal and just got my confirmation email a little while ago. They must be jammed up. I wouldn’t be worried.
I did not get an email confirmation for my order until a little bit ago. I have a yahoo email address so I emailed customer service and explained that I ordered a card, used paypal for payment but had not received the confirmation yet. It wasn’t long after that I received my email but the odd thing is the time stamp was for this morning, I am assuming they have had lots of issues with yahoo email addys.
It’s been 6 hours or more since I ordered one and still haven’t heard anything via email. Worried.
I ordered mine this morning & paid using Paypal. My confirmation email from We Shop came through at the same time as the one from Paypal. Now am eagerly awaiting the gift code!

I called WeShop this afternoon (3 pm EST) and spoke with Alexandra. (By the way, I called this # 212-231-9745), I had received the email confirmation almost immediately after placing my order, but I checked my email today and still no CVS code. She said that WeShop was inundated with orders. They first set the limit for 10,000 and when they got down to the last 1,000, they suspended the deal, which is why I am guessing some of us were able to take advantage of it later in the day after Collin posted that it had expired because they rereleased the deal after refilling their “stock.” Alexandra said the codes SHOULD go out this afternoon and/or tomorrow. They are handling them in “batches.” (Just thought I’d pass this info along.)

I have bought this deal on Tuesday but haven’t received any email from them yet. I have sent them an email about this but haven’t heard back. My CC is charged though. I am getting worried as it has been more than 2 days and they are not responding to the emails.

I just make a call to We Shop company,and they said that too many people were order the gift cards. It take them time to sort out, and the lady telling me that I either receive my card tonight or tomorrow.
How long did it take to get your email. I have the confirmation- I ordered it on Tues and Its Thurs. and I still have not gotten it?
Oh man, not another crappy company. I am soooooo sick of them not keeping their promise. Just like Social Living i been counting on this one to get it quickly, so it ruined my plans. These companies dont deserve to have customers

In the confirmation email it does say “You will receive your Discount Code within 2-3 business days after purchase.” Since today was only the 2nd day after purchasing I am not getting worried. When these deals are as popular as it was, I can only imagine it take the maximum time stated.

I still have not received my code either and the charge has already been posted by my bank so I called and spoke to Alexandra again (9:30 am EST). She said they are still in the process of sending them. I asked her to check on mine and she said that it is ready to go and “should” go out today. I asked if she could push it through manually as I am wanting to take advantage of the diaper deal at CVS, which ends tomorrow. She said it is in the “que” and they can only send so many without crashing their server. So she said if I don’t receive it by the end of today, to email her through the website. So that’s what I am going to do. I’ll keep you posted. π
I just called and the lady I spoke with, Alicia, said they started sending them out and depending on where you were in the email Que you would have received either last night or throughout the day today. I asked if all would defiinitly be out today and she said that Yes they would be all received by this evening. here’s hoping!

I ordered two gift cards, one for me and the other for my mil but when i printed, both of them have the same egift card # and PIN? Are they the same gift card or do all of them have the same # and PIN? Anyone else have this issue?

Did you make sure you logged out of your account first and then enter your DH or MIL email and password? Mine and DH’s gift cards have different Card #’s and Pin, but I did have to log out of my account first. HTH!

This happened to me too! I realized (thanks to Shannon A.) that I didn’t log out of my account before printing the one for my hubby’s account. Logout out of yours and then log in and do your hubby’s. Otherwise it sill has you logged in. See further up someone else had that problem.

I received my gift card and printed it out. My daughter ordered one also. We looked at our gift cards and they both have the same identical bar code and pin number. This doesn’t make any sense. How will they stop people from printing hundreds of these if they are all coded alike?
Make sure you signed out after you printed the first one and then sign in again using the other account. I printed two from different emails and there were different card numbers and pins.
Does anyone have comcast internet having a problem getting the code? I just called Webshop and left a message. I got my order placed and email confirmation on Tues. And my credit card was charged on Tues. also. Will have to dispute this charge if I don’t hear something soon. π

The same thing happened to me. I have comcast and have not received my code, but they did charge my credit card. I have sent them a couple of emails, but no response.
Never got mine just will be calling the BBB to report these thieves……..liars, cheats, they will give me my money back I wont stop til I get it back!

Haven’t received my code either. I just sent them an email inquiring about it. If I don’t hear back from them by Monday, I’ll call American Express and file a chargeback.
