  There was a rebate last year, spend $40 on p&g products and get the book. Also, last month on Facebook on the Proctor and Gamble page, they were giving them out free.

  We love the Wags diapers too! In fact, I like them better than Huggies and as much as I do Pampers. Come May, I will have 2 in diapers so I am definitely going to stock up this week because I was able to come across a few of the Infant Care Coupon books!

  Congrats! My SIL picked up a few booklets for me so I’m going to do the same. I feel like my little guy has been stuck in #4’s forever. The diapers remind me of Huggies but better 🙂 I still love Pampers though.

   The entertainment book prices vary city to city I believe. But the ones for Omaha Ne are $35 at walgreens. So, $15 with the coupon, I think I will get one 🙂

  Yes, I do! They just look at it and won’t allow it ~ they won’t even try. They tell me “you’ll be getting both items for free, we can’t do that” and I’m thinking… you do it all the time, it’s just not usually so obvious!

  I had no problem with this exact same deal in August ’10. I got about 4 deodorants all for free. At Wags, I had to pay tax, but at CVS, it went down to $0.00. It was perfect for my husband and for donating!!!

  Their new coupon policy states that you can use the Buy One, Get One Free promotion and 2 coupons can be used against the item being purchased, as long as the new price does not go below 0. Definitely print off their new policy and bring it along with you, it is worth a shot. 🙂 Good Luck

  PS I have problems with one store not allowing it (but I have never gone back since their new policy came into place). And 1 store that depends on the cashier.

  TAke the policy, ask for manager. If mean or say no, call and report. They take serious and contact the head manager for the policy set in place by the corporation

  I am pretty sure it is one of those things that it will ALL depend on your store that you go to. I don’t have any problems getting them all for free at my wags…but I have been to a wags that is not coupon friendly and doesn’t understand that wags is offering 1 of the items for free and the coupon gives you the other for free, which wags will get reimbursed for. So, they are not losing money. But good luck. I hope your store is coupon friendly! 🙂

  I went in the morning and got 6…several guys at my husbands work are laid off and Im making them baskets to help with everyday things..but anyway..the cashier told me “I dont think we can take a coupon for B1G1 free on a sale that is B1G1 free..I explained that it was in their new coupon policy that they do.She called the manager and the manager said I dont think it will let me take all 3..I think it will only let me use 2.So she started scanning them and all 3 worked..lol I tried to explain to the cashier that they would get the money that I would be paying from the company..she just looked at me like I was crazy..Thats ok I got my 6 free deo. for the guys.( and no I didnt clear the shelves,also they all had free sample bottles of body wash)

  When it comes to store diapers, look at the side and it will tell you who makes them for the store. I believe Paragon makes the diapers for Kroger, Wags, and a number of other stores. Paragon makes overstanding products.

    I never used WAGS diapers until the last BOGO sale on them. I LOVE them now! So, I’m so excited for this sale. Last sale, I got 6 bags of diapers and 6 packages of wipes for only 12 dollars!!!!!!!!! Can’t wait!

    I have a question related to printing coupons…I know you can only usually only print 2 coupons per computer my question is do I have to have 2 computers or can I just have 2 printers hooked to the same computer to get 4 coupons? Please help!

  The number of printers doesn’t matter. It’s the number of computers that counts. You can get 2 coupons per computer, so if you have 5 computers and 1 printer, you could get 10 coupons.

  Christy~ This is exactly what I am stocking up for, my hubby leaves in a couple months and when I was deployed in Afghanistan I could not get the items I actually wanted so I am getting a big stockpile to send him one box a month with just body wash, deorderent and etc. Plus we would trade deorderent to the locals at the bazarr for items as this is not an item they had in the area.

  I’m doing the same thing for my DH as well. I couldn’t believe that he couldn’t find cough drops or Vitamin C drops at the BX while there. I now have a huge stock of them for him! lol.     I may go and get the deoderant and diapers 🙂 But, as far as the rest goes, I hate going through all the trouble for just one item. All of our WAGS limit to one per day per household. I would go if their limit was 2 or 3 per day per household. My riteaid lets me put in orders if I need more than 3 items – so I just shop rite aid.
    If I didnt have 3 kids and tons of things to do all the time, then it wouldn’t be such a big deal, but just getting my kids to the store takes a great deal of effort that is not worth it to me to get one each item a day. THey are missing out on so much money – tons of people inthis town and the next all go to rite aid now and do not bother with WAgs and most of them say, if the limit was 2-3, they’d go to WAGs too. I bet they are losing a lot of money, but do not care – they like not being busy.
    They do not even accomidate rainchecks – if you get a raincheck they will NOT order based on it. THey will keep ordering the few they normally stock in, even if they CAN order more and there are 50 items requested due to rainchecks that week. ANd, they do NOT care i fyour coupon will expire, plus they still limit you to the 1 per person per day limit too. So, if they only order 6 of an item a week, you will most likely not be able to use your raincheck with your coupon that expires in 4 weeks.

    please explain the BOGO deal with BOGO coupons. And how do I talk the cashier/manager into doing it even with the Wags Coupon policy in front of their faces?

    Is it… I buy a product (deodorant) for $4 and I get a deodorant free. Then I pull out the BOGO coupon and the Manufacture will pay $4 as long as I get 2 (BOGO), so 2 for free?!? Then if I have 2 coupons, that’s 4 for free?!?

    Collin says you can also get 4 for the price of one. Can anyone explain that or point me to a post that does explain it.

  Hi CWC,

  So basically when an item is on sale buy one get one free and you use a buy one get one free coupon on top of that… well, it makes both items free. Of course there are cashiers that have a problem with this. So I try and nicely explain that a manufacturer’s coupon is just like cash to the store… even though I’m not the one paying… someone is (the manufacturer). I then go on to say that I am getting one free from the stores sale and one free from the manufacturer. Sometimes that works.

  If you’re still having issues, you can buy 4 for the price of 1. Here’s what that would look like:

  Right Guard antiperspirant/deodorant Buy 1 get 1 Free
  Buy 4 (2 will be FREE due to the store sale)
  Use one Buy 1 get 1 Free Right Guard coupon found in the 3/13 RP
  (will deduct the cost of another deodorant)
  You will now be left to pay for 1 deodorant
  Final cost 4 for the price of 1!

  I hope that makes sense and I haven’t confused you more! 😉

  It’s clear that corporate and Wag stores are not always on the same page…
  When I tried the Pediacare last week, the manager said he could not accept the coupons, but I insisted he could because it was in the coupon policy. I asked if he had the policy (I forgot mine and I forgot I have internet on my phone), he told me that he was WELL aware of the policy, I asked if they had internet so we could look it up… he asked if I wanted the items, I used my love and logic skills “but I asked nicely.” Finally he left to look a the policy in the back room for like 10 MINUTES. When he came back, HE apologized and said the coupon policy is not clear it says he can and can’t, so he would do it that one time and ask corporate later.
  He then told me why it is such a pain (it does make sense). Accepting a coupon for more than the price of a product makes their accounting “books” unbalanced, which gets the stores in trouble, even if they are in the positive.
  The next store I tried it at just sold me the goods for the same value of the coupons (they had to bump up the price of one item by 3 cents), so it didn’t mess their books up, it probably made it look like they were selling more goods, and I got free Pediacare. I was too tired to get more free stuff after that ;oD.
  So, in conclusion of this novel, you can always suggest to the manager to sell you the product for value of the coupons… it keeps their books balanced, it makes it look like they are selling more, they won’t lose a customer or sale to another store, etc.
  BOGO will be a challenge.

    Hey all! I’m sorry to hear that all y’all are having such a hard time shopping at Walgreens. I live in South Texas and I have GREAT cashiers and managers at my Wags stores! One thing that I think has really helped me in my success shopping there is that I’m ALWAYS kind. I never give them attitude if a deal doesn’t go my way. I’m very friendly and I even share some of my coupons with the cashiers so they can take advantage of the deals too! A few weeks ago I was buying my husbands Osteo Bi-Flex flex and I had the $7/1 coupon combined that with the B1G1 free deal and wound up paying like $3 bucks for 2 bottles. The cashier thought that was AMAZING as her husband has to take that med too and she pays $20 bucks a bottle! I explained to her to get 2 while the sale is going then I gave her 2 of my $7/1 coupons so she could get the deal too! She was SO excited and every time I go into the store she greets me by my name and is always more than willing to help me with my coupons or questions. So anyways, those are my thought lol!

    What is the difference between Catalina Q and RR? Which can be used at Walmart now?

  I just used RR at walmart last night with no problems. A RR will say save $x.xx on you next shopping order. (They are also catalina coupons since they print from the catalina printer) A regular catalina coupon will say save $x.xx off your purchase of xxx brand. (They are for specific items only, where as RR can be used on ANY purchase)
  The walmart policy states they take ‘catalinas that are printed at our competitors registers, have “manufacurer coupon” with specific requirements printed on them, a valid remit address for the maunfacturer, valid expiration date, and a scannable bar code.’
  If you look at a RR it has manufacturer coupon printed on the top, has requirements ($x.xx on purchase) and has address printed on right side just above the barcode.
  I had no problems and it scanned. However I would take a copy of the walmart policy with you because YMMV.

  Do RRs work at Walmart like at Wags…I mean, do you have to have the same number of RRs to items you’re purchasing? I have 6 RRs for $25 and am wanting to get a new steam mop at WalMart~so can I apply all 6 to the mop or do I need to have 6 items? I’ve never used RR at WalMart..Thanks!!!

  They still work the same as any other coupon. You can not have more coupons than items. So if you are buying the mop you would only be able to use 1 RR. (or try to find small ‘filler’ items to use more RR) HOpe that helps.

    Does anyone know if you can buy 10 packages (or any even number) of the wags bogo diapers and only use one coupon from the infant care booklet for it to deduct the $2 from each package? I have used the coupon successfully to buy 2 packs at a time, so I thought it would work on more than just two.

  Yes, it will work on as many packs as you want to purchase… so if you purchase 8 packages, the Walgreens coupon will deduct $16. Hope that makes sense! 🙂

  I was buying blankets for my nephews Eagle Scout project a few weeks ago and the manager let me buy 95 blankets with the in-ad coupon at $1.99 each. It went through just fine for all 95 items. The manager was so nice to allow me to do that, I don’t recommend taking “advantage” of this info. But the blankets were for a good cause, they were going to a local small town hospital.

    I don’t really have anywhere else to post this and this seems like a busy thread. Does anyone know if Amazon has stopped the coupons they were putting in mags? I am receiving two issues of Parents per month b/c of the coupons, but if they are stopping it then I am going to have them extend my subscription and just get one issue per month. Thanks to anyone who can provide any info!

  Sarah- I just received my Parents mags for this month as well and had no coupons. Just checking in with others to see if they had the same experience or had heard about Amazon ending the promotional cards.

    And darn, I thought I was getting a FIber One deal at the supermarket this week because they doubled my coupon. The Walgreen’s deal is better.

    I really want to do the Reach toothbrush deal but I am curious about the unadvertised monthly deals. What if the RR doesn’t print? How can I prove that it is a monthly deal if it isn’t advertised? I have had problems in the past with RR not printing on advertised deals & had to show the manager the ad.

  I had an informational catalina print up for the reach deal…it says “3/6 thru 3/29 buy 2, get $1 RR; buy 3, get $2 RR; buy 4 or more, get $4 RR

    When I hear customers having problems with coupons, I get REALLY upset! I work for Walgreens, and WE ARE ALL told the customer is always right. We are to do whatever we can to make them happy, (just went to a meeting on this subject). I suggest using the customer satisfaction survey on the bottom of your reciept, (good or bad). This is sent to our District & Store managers every week. Trust me they hear about the bad ones! Good ones too 🙂 Make sure you get names, and leave a comment about them. Until corp. knows who the problem is they can’t help straighten them out. PLEASE do this, so the rest of us who REALLY do care about you don’t feel so frustrated. Thank YOU!

  I’ve had problems with Walgreeens for some time now. They used to take internet coupons but now they don’t want to take them. I spoke to the store manager and she told that if i leave the coupons with her, she will go through them and let me know if i could use them. So i have to go several days later to pick them up. So this is getting very frustrating to me. She told me that the Walgreens stores, which are 30-45 min. away were having the same issues and they would not take IP coupons so i decided to call every single one of the other stores to ask them and their reply was that they would take the IP coupons as long as they scan and there is no beepage. It was then i call Corporate and I told them to send my complain to the District since i had spoken to corporate several times about my issues to no avail. The Manager just call me Thursday and there’s still no change. I still have to take the coupons and let her review them and she’ll get back with me later. As you can see this is not only time consuming but gas is not getting any cheaper either for me to go back and forth so am seriously considering NOT shopping there anymore. I don’t know what to do anymore. Sorry for the long, long complain everyone.

  I definatly would not be shopping there anymore…that is crazy.. Switch to Rite Aid or CVS they are much more customer focused. They are great.

  No, not on just 2 products. For 2 it has to be a BOGO and a $/1. To use a BOGO and $/2 you would need 3 products.

  I just got back from Walgreens. The training pants are BOGO, but the $2 off q from the infant book wouldn’t go through. My cashier tried to force it through, but it kept beeping. So, no go on the q from the infant book. I didn’t check the wags wipes, I might have to go back and check that out.

    Heads up for anyone who wants to do the Applied Nutrition deal – there are coupon booklets in the box giving another $1 off. The deal is a money maker even without MORE magazine $2 coupon.
    I think every WAGS in the Denver metro area is completely sold out of these because we got word of the booklet a few weeks ago. If another Applied Nutrition deal comes up in the next year you’ll be set too – the booklet features $1 off their entire line.

    Question about the Renuzit deal:

    I assume that I should hand the cashier the b3g3 Q first, and the in ad Q second. Will the in ad Q really adjust all SIX to .79 (aka take off .71 per item), there for making them .10 each like Collin posted, or will it only adjust down the three that weren’t free and make the total more like 2.37??

    I have found several of the 2011 16 month Calendars on clearance for $1.25 at my Wags and picked up a few because they have $20 in Walgreens coupons in them. There are several for $1 crayola products, clorox, hefty, etc.

    If I use the $1/2 hefty Walgreens coupon from this calendar, can I stack it with the $1/2 hefty coupon from the Sunday paper? Would that make an even cheaper Hefty one zip deal this week and possibly a Free deal if able to still find the Hefty for 1.38 on clearance?

    Still trying to figure this all out.

  I bought the same calender and I couldn’t find anything on them that made it seem like they couldn’t be stacked. The coupons say that they are redeemable only at Walgreens so I assume they are store coupons NOT manufactor’s coupons.

    Collin: Just got back from Walgreens and it looks like the purex and herbal essences are monthly RR deals. The purex has a monthly tag saying $4.99 -$2.00 RR = $2.99, and herbal essences say buy one or more herbal essences and get $1 RR. However the herbal essences doesn’t say a price, and I noticed the tags weren’t on every herbal essences product…
