I placed an order and never got confirmation so I called customer service. He said that their website is down but they’re working on it.
I’m trying to use the $12 code (124QDD) and tried using the $5 code but it says that I will be charged a freight surcharge for small orders. How do I get rid of this? It let me do the $10 code.
If you shop from the office/school category shipping is free. The other categories still have shipping on them. Hope this helps!

Yes, I bought some of the write on/wipe off boards and it worked. Look for the little gold Free shipping tag under the item name. The $20 should work on everything from what I understand!

I just ordered a case of (24) Crayola Crayon Pads (SKU 414328) for $0.16 after the $20 code. As fast as my toddler can scribble through a sheet of paper, I figure they’ll easily be gone by Christmas.

You probably have an item that is not included in the free shipping promo in your cart. Look up the item number. If it has the “free shipping” icon under it, it works.
I placed an order earlier for 2 packs of gel pens that came to a total of 18 and some change. I applied the code and the order said $0.00. I still had to put my card info in, which I didn’t seem as a big deal, but they ended up charging my card for the full price of the items ! I called customer service at 10:30 am and still haven’t gotten an e-mail or phone call back.
That happened to me, too, but I noticed that it was trying to charge the total amount and I went back to my order. Had to re-input the coupon code, then it worked. Note that you have to manually change the total to .01 cent at Paypal.
i got a little concerned when the total came out to $0 and they still wanted my payment method!
