Walmart: *HOT!* OPERATION Game Only $2

WooHoo! I’ve had a couple readers email me about a smokin’ hot deal you can currently score on the OPERATION game at Walmart. According to a few of you, the Toy Story 3 OPERATION game is on sale for just $5. Now keep in mind this may not be marked on sale. In fact, if you check out the picture above, you will see that the board game shows a price of $12.99… well, that does NOT mean this is the correct price. As you can see in the picture below, it is definitely worth doing a price check…

If you do in fact find the Toy Story 3 OPERATION game for $5 (make sure to do that price check), then you can use the $3/1 coupons available to score the following deal…
*Toy Story 3 OPERATION Game $5 (regularly $12.99!)
Use the $3/1 coupon found here or here or in the 4/10 Playsaver insert
Final cost ONLY $2!
Now I know that Walmart’s prices do vary by region, however, I still thought it was worth giving you all a heads up on this possible *HOT* deal.
**If you purchase this Hasbro game, you’ll definitely want to check out this Tombstone offer! ![]()
(Thanks to all of you readers who emailed!)
Love it! I’ve heard that walmart has had the much better deals on the games, so I’m going tomorrow armed with KY and similac coupons to hopefully get some overage to make a few of these games free.
What insert was the similac coupon in?
…
Beth – if you still have the Similac coupons, I could use them. Let me know, please!
I have Similac and some other baby coupons if you want them. Email your name and address to me. q4jbethke(at)aol(dot)com
My local Walmart in Mission, KS had the game at $5, plus a mail in rebate for a free Tombstone pizza with any Hasbro game purchase! AND I used the $3 off coupon!
I just got back from Walmart and did this deal! It came out to 2.40 with tax 🙂 Also I tried to buy a bottle of similac that was 3.84 and 2 cashiers PLUS customer service said I couldn’t use it according to the NEW coupon policy because the item costs less than the value of the coupon??? Does anyone know anything about this so-called new rule?
Unless they have changed their policy in the last 2 weeks they do allow overage so they should have taken it. This is why you should always have their policies with you at all times.
Is what you have a coupon, or does it look like a check with a MICR code at the bottom?
When I worked at Toys R Us, when we got formula “coupons”, they were actually “vendor checks” (they had a MICR code at the bottom like a check does, and we had to run them through as “vendor checks” and not as a coupon). I wonder if that’s why they’re not allowing the overage- they may have to run them as a check.
However, if it just looks like a normal coupon, I have no idea!
It was a $5/1 similac coupon from last week’s insert (or week before). I’ll just try again next time! Maybe these workers just weren’t updated on the policy…
Dont forget to submit for the free Tombstone Pizza with any Hasbro game purchase!!!
Yay! Inexpensive Gifts!
Aww I just missed this deal… 🙁 just bought this for my kids last week for $5 (philadelphia area)… but they did have a few other hasbro games there for $5 too like chutes and ladders, candy land..
You can bring in your receipt and coupon and they should adjust the price for you, i have done that a few times.
Great time to stock up on Toys for Tots donations…..thanks for the info, gotta help the less fotunate.
Love this and I’m starting my collection with this game also. I never thought of saving for Toys for Tots so early, so thank you for bringing this up!
*off topic* i got my google chrome finger sweat bands in the mail today! lol they are priceless haha (good because i wouldnt pay a penny for them 😉
I receive that, too. I thought it was just a joke but I got it. 🙂
Just in case you did not know they also turned beerpong into a game called cuponk. There is also a $3 coupn for this. The game with the cup is something like $9, but if you buy the game without the cup it is $4 and change so you can use the $3 coupon get the game for $1 and change and then send in for your free pizza. I am putting one in my husbands easter basket, plus this would be great for older kids (the beer is not needed to play the game ;-)!
My 12 yr old got Cuponk for a bday present, and loved it – then our 3 yr old twins saw him playing and needed a nicer version for themselves!!! Hubby and I thought it was beerpong renamed, but the kids just love them 😉 At Target they are $14.99, so that is an awesome savings. I may get a spare just in case we need an emergency party gift! LOL! Good for any age!!!!
Target has Cuponk on sale for $8 (item with cups and ball). I got mine last night with the $3 off coupon for $5 plus tax.
I have searched my whole store and can not find this game anywhere. I would love to stash a 2 of these away for christmas presents. We are always need more to add to our christmas box. Our goal this year is $270 for a total of 8 people. This would help so much too.
It was right with the regular Operation at my store. Regular game was $12 something, Toy Story one was $5!
I bought this game at walmart.com for $5 before the coupon came out. Was a great deal even without the coupon.
where is the tombstone deal?
check there website – i found a peelie pad with the rebate info.
It is also on coupons.com
I got two of them today! The price was listed as $5.00. I also got Candyland for $5.00 and used a $3 coupon. So i got 3 games for $6.00!! Chutes and Ladders was $7 so I’m going back for that with my other $3 coupon. Looking forward to playing with my daughter 🙂 Also, I ran to Target right after Walmart – Toy Story 3 Operation was $20!!! So that made me feel even better about this deal! They had Connect 4 on sale for $8 – so you could use the $3 coupon for that and get it for $5. Great game deals!!!
I haven’t seen any coupons for Candyland and Chutes and Ladders – unless I’m missing something. Do you have a link? 🙂
I printed it at the same time i printed the others so one of the ones above (I printed some from each so not sure which one this one came from)…I printed them Sunday. Its $2 off one Candyland or Chutes and Ladders. So I paid $3 for Candyland and am going back with my other that got left behind today for C&L
It’s on Hasbro’s “Playsaver” website. Just google it.
The tombstone deal is also on coupons.com
what age group will this game be good for….

Grace – age 6+ upc is 5356949336 – has Buzz Lightyear and the Martians on the front. requires 4-AAA batteries. I found them on the top shelf in the boxed game section.
thanks judy!!
grrr. I was happy with finding it at Kmart for $4. oh well. OT, Kmart has 50% off all clearance toys and there were a ton of LEGOS for at least 75% off. They also had some polly pockets, strawberry shortcake, disney, hotwheels. I say it is worth a trip.
what city please
same here in Conway SC – all clearance toys are extra 50% off and I got Monopoly (in a special edition tin) for $4.50 after coupon and then mailed in for tombstone pizza!
I used the connect 4 coupon and got the travel sized for less than 3 dollars would make a great addition to an Easter basket! The also had the Weebles 2 pack in the Easter section for 5.00 so only 3.00 after the coupon cheaper than the ones in the Toy Department.
this is off topic, but did anyone do the survey for a free bic lighter? i got something in the mail today but can’t really read it all. it is from bic and i think its for my free lighter but can’t even read it to know how to redeem it?!
I signed up for it but have not gotten anything from them yet..
Yes. I got my coupon yesterday. Free pocket lighter from Bic up to $4.99!
I received one also. We are not smoker but I’ll use for process of making hair bows.
What region has this deal been used in?
FYI if you live near Easley, SC the new Walmart’s Grand Opening is tomorrow, Wednesday, April 13. The ceremony starts at 7:30am.
New Walmart grand opening in Easley, SC Wednesday at 7:30am.
Would anyone who finds the Toy Story Operation game for $5.00 at Walmart, please indicate what city that Walmart is in. That way we can know if it is regional or what. Thanks.
Madison County, KY
They had several left too. It looked like they was regular price I didn’t see a rollback sign or anything.
I found it at the bowling green, Ohio walmart
I will check here in Houston and let you know!
yes, please let me know. I rarely go to Walmart unless I have a big list.
Thanks!
I am going to go in Houston after work and will try to remember to post here, too!
They are $5 (and they are marked as $5) at the Walmart on Westview/Beltway 8. There were plenty of them when I stopped in. 🙂
I got the $5.00 Toy Story Operation, $2.00 with coupon @ Walmart in South Jersey (near Delaware). Hope that helps everyone with locations.
I live in WI and they had a bunch of games available at our walmart that I bought yesterday. I got 8 games for about 18.00. There are also coupons for Candy Land which was on sale (it’s a 2.00 coupon) and Connect 4, which is 5.00 (3.00 off coupon). I got 2 candy land 2 operation, and 4 connect four. I bought them out lol.
Was your coupon for the original operation game? Did you have any issues when you went to check out? The operation coupon from coupons.com says for item listed in picture, so that is why I was wondering. I hope I can use it tonight and get one for my family.
I just bought the Toy Story Operation for $2.35 (with tax) at the Valparaiso, IN store. I also, bought this morning Connect Four for $5.00 at Target.
OT, but did anyone receive free coffee creamer (something like international …) from Vocalpoint yet?
Nope, not yet.
I found the Operation game in Sacramento, CA for $5. with coupon and tax this came out to be $2.44. I got 2 and will use them as gifts! Also, You can get a free pizza for each!
Woo hoo i hope i can get this deal here in WI. I have a niece and nephew that share a birthday in July so this would make a good present for them..
Got the last one at my store!
Great all have to check tomorrow after daughters dance hope I can find a bunch she is three and will be going to 8 bday parties I want chutes and ladders! Anyone tried this in Utah?
Oh Thank YOU! I will check on my way to work our 4-H does an Easter Egg Hunt for over 100 kids this will help so much! I spent too much on eggs and candy and want to save our 4-Hers money and still let them do community service events for the entire village.
Planning to arm myself with the coupons and go later tonight…plus get swagbucks for it! Got some b-day parties coming up and I like to begin now to put away for things at Christmas donations!!!
Heads up the rebate is up to 5 pizzas per household. You can submit one receipt but 5 rebate forms are needed. Walmart in Asheville, NC had about 30 of these games! Bought cuponk at Target on sale for $8 and used the $3 coupon! Great deal!
I was wondering about the swagbucks. I have been printing at least 99% of my coupons thru swagbucks for about 4 months but have only received credit for about 10 coupons. I have used at least several hundred! Little dissappointed they are not getting credited. Anyone else having the same problem getting credit?
Same here Debra!
I haven’t been keeping track of how many coupons I’ve printed through Swagbucks. I do know it does take a long time for them to credit and I’m not sure I’ve gotten credit for all of them.
I don’t beleive that I have gotten credit for all of them either, but I am going to keep at it because something is better than nothing. I have about a 100 or so show up so they are nice surprises! I am going to start writing it down in my calendar that I use and see if they show up in pattern…. IE I used 6 that I printed off thru Swagbucks at Target, then 2 more on game tonight….
How do you get points through swagbucks for printing coupons…I would love to know! 🙂
If you go to the Swagbucks main page there is a tab for Coupons on the left hand side. It takes you to coupons.com and you print just like normal but once you’ve used them in about 3 months you should get 10 SB for each one you’ve used.
Just a heads up I have noticed that “sometimes” some of the coupons do not show up thru swagbucks that you can get by directly going to coupons(dot)com. On those occasions I print directly. So make sure and check both sites.
Got them in Greensboro, NC
Hastings MN has them!!
I purchased this for $2.44 (price with tax after the coupon) from the Walmart in Huntington Beach, CA. There were only 4-5 left on the shelf, but perhaps more in the back?? Great deal! My son’s birthday is next month and this will make an awesome gift 🙂 As always, thanks Collin!
Canton, Ohio Walmart had them and the pizza rebate form too! The rebate is good for 5 per household!
Managed to buy it with my 3 year old in tow without him even noticing—-Easter Bunny’s bringing it to our house!
Gives me hope that IL will have the deal too, Im off to Wallyland in 30 minutes so I will let you know later on. HOPE I’ll find them as I really need some inexpensive gifts. Thanks

Grabbed five in Utah and they have rebates right next to them for free pizza (up to 5) you need a rebate for each one. These will make great presents for the hundreds of birthday parties my kids get invited too. Thank you Collin!!!!!!

Minneapolis, MN had them for $5 too. I scored three of them. 🙂
I got both Candyland and Operation Toy Story for $5.00 after coupons. Great deal. I am in Tucson, Arizona. Thanks for the heads up!
Thank you! I got three – one for us, one for gift, and one to save for Toys for Tots. Thank you also for the Tombstone offer info. Can’t wait to get those coupons!
Our Walmart was all out, they told me to give them a call in the morning.
Thanks, Collin! Picked up 2 at my Southern Cali Walmart after work today. What a great feeling to get a great bargain for the kids.
