Generally, if the first 5 digits on the coupon bar code match the first 5 digits on the product bar code, the machine will accept it. Of course we all know the power of a helpful cashier. 🙂

I have a coupon for $1.00 of one 12 pack or larger. Not sure what week it came out but it expires 4/24/11.

I was going to pass on the GE deal, but you mentioned the April All you coupon. I went back to look. I originally didn’t clip it since it said redeemable only at Walmart. Can that still be used in CVS?
I just saw the same thing… I don’t think it’ll work ’cause even though it says it’s a manufacturer coupon in the cashier directions it says it can only be redeemed at Walmart. 🙁

I received a $1 off coupon from this week’s newspaper (4/17/11), so the lightbulb deal should work.

I was reading that they beeped and I know mine did too – but I assumed it was because I used them on the trial size hello kitty band aids at target – I will feel sooo bad if the coupon was invalid! Collin, please! Don’t keep us in suspense!

I have been using the battery coupons as well and I read it very carefully the last time I was at Wal-Mart. I think the reason that it beeps is because of the type of material the battery is made of. I can’t remember the exact details but, I think the one we are using zinc chloride and the coupon is for Alkaline.
If you go to the Fiber One website you can get $1/2 coupon. That’s a little better savings than using 2 of the .40/1.

I’m in Central PA and we had a $1 off any Edge shaving gel in the paper a few weeks ago. Sorry I don’t know when. It makes the shaving cream net free!
We also had $1 off Cottonelle newspaper coupon, but again, I don’t remember from when.

The milk at my CVS in Baton Rouge was “on sale” for $4.19 with NO ECB. Still a tad cheaper than regular, but would have been an AWESOME deal had it ended up being even in the vicinity of what ya’ll got!

My CVS has foil wrapped M and M solid bunnies but they are not 50cents, I can’t find any m and m tubes that are easter, I see skittles eggs. I know this a dumb question but if anyone can tell me what they are purchasing with this coupon i would be so happy. Thanks!!
Just look at the back of the candy singles, if it says Mars, you’re good. M&Ms are Mars and so are Snickers. Skittles are not.
I got snickers singles eggs and round M&M’s tins. There was a very detailed list on some of the insert coupons, but I don’t know which ones. Good Luck!

I haven’t seen the round m and m tins i’ll look again. It just seems like my store isn’t carrying the items detailed on the back of the coupon or that what they do have is more than $1. it isn’t a case of someone clearing the shelves, either, because there are no empty spaces and i checked just about as soon as the easter candy came out.

I’m just wondering why anyone would want TWO green bag tags? My CVS will one scan mine once per day, even if I do multiple transactions.

When I dropped my car off at the shop a couple of weeks ago I forgot my bags in the trunk. I keep my greentag on a bag, so for that week, I didn’t have a tag. I’m getting another one this week to keep on my keyring of shoppers cards so I don’t have this problem again.
Yes, I’ve been caught without my green tag, too, so the last time CVS had a BOGO for the tag, I did get more, even though it’s one scan per card per day, and gave one to my friend who had a card, but no tag. 🙂

No, they will only credit one tag per card per day. It would be nice if it were different – I could earn at least one ECB each trip!

No, they’ll only count one.
Your bag tags can only be scanned once per day per extra care card. Some peolple have multiple cards(not me) so they can max out the deals. HTH

I printed out the Butterfinger Snackerz last week from coupons.com. It was for a $1.50 of one Nestle Butterfinger 9.2oz fun size bag making it 99 cents this week!! It has a Rite Aid logo but only says available at Rite Aid. If any one else printed this…makes for an awesome deal.

I just went to my local CVS to do the Aveeno deal with 2 “purchased” coupons from RecyleBank and was told I could only use one since they had the same coupon number. I used 90 points for these (one for 30 and one for 60) and can’t use them in the same transaction. They said it stated that on the coupon itself but when I pointed out it said one per purchase and not transaction they said well that’s a CVS policy. I’m going to carry that policy with me next time for sure!

A week or two ago the magic coupon machine gave me 2 $5 off Allegra coupons. Paired them with the online coupons from allegra.com (my regional SS & RP NEVER have the really good coupons) and got two more months supply for a great price! I need to stock up anytime Allegra is around $10/30 since both DH and I use it daily.

Collin – on the deal that includes Clear Care and Aquify, our CVS ad says $14.49 plus $3 ECB – this is for the twin pack of Clear Care, and there is a $3/twin pack coupon floating around out there (not sure when it’s from). Also, the CVS magic coupon machine printed out a $5/twin pack coupon a few days ago for me. So this will make the following deal:

My 55 cent Edge coupon beeped. It said it was an invalid mfg coupon. Anybody else have this problem?
We bought 2 Edge’s today, 2 CVS cards, 2 diff stores.
First one, no problem at all – 2nd store, same exact product & coupon, it beeped.
She manually processed it.
a couple of weeks ago a bunch of us had problems with the Skintimate coupons for the same reason but I still haven’t seen an explanation.
I came here to find out if anyone else had the same problem with the Edge coupon. The cashier and manager both agreed that there was NOTHING wrong with the coupon, but couldn’t figure out a way to even manually enter it in. It gave them error message after error message. The manager eventually just voided off one of my Snicker’s Eggs (even though I told him I’d used a coupon on it) to credit me with $0.50. At the end of the transaction, he said, “We owe you 5 cents.” LOL I thought that was so funny, as if I could collect on it at some point. If he only knew how many FREE items I get in their store – I love my CVS! 😀
I had the same problem. There was nothing she could do to “push it through,” so after my transaction, she separately processed it and just gave me $0.55. Same thing happened with the Skintimate coupon a few weeks ago.

I’m not sure if someone mentioned this already, but for the Head and Shoulders deal, the B1G1 coupon is only good on the 13.5oz conditioner which isn’t on sale and is $5.89 regular price. So that deal doesn’t work unless you want to pay $1.10 for the conditioner. 🙁
I just “purchased” this deal from CVS and didn’t have a problem. I actually thought I was not going to be able to use 2 manufacturer coupons as Collin lists it, but was surprised that it went thru with no problem. I handed the 2 off one first then the BOGO….hope this helps!
