   weird question… but I use a seperate email for my personal email (this is the one linked to my facebook account) and for couponing. When I apply for freebies I always use my alternate email address (which I do check regularly to see if there are any new coupons/offers etc) but for this freebie you have to share on facebook… will it matter if I use my couponing email instead of one linked with facebook?

  I don’t think so. I have a different email (which I used) than the one connected with my FB acct. No problem.

  Posting to Facebook is not required. It went through just fine for me without that.

  On the off chance that posting to facebook DOES matter, what I do is use a custom setting that makes the notice from the company visible only to me. I love that the option is there. 🙂

  Next to the “publish” button is a padlock with a drop-arrow. Click on the arrow and click on “customize”. Then you’ll get another box for Custom Privacy. At the top it says, “Make this visible to…” Next to the “These people” option is a drop box. The last option is “Only Me.” I love not having to clutter up my wall with these things!

  You could always make a fake facebook, for freebies. That way you never have to allow them real access to your facebook, and you wont spam your friends.

    Loved that it gave a Twitter option. I have less friends on there and most of them are freebie hunters and use it for giveaways so I know they won’t mind!
