Most marketing people don’t understand technology. They just hear “Ooooh, Facebook is the new way to interact with consumers!” and don’t take into account that people develop instant hate for a product when something promised is not delivered….and can instantly post about how angry they are. Also, most people don’t understand that it’s not Nestle’s servers, it’s Facebook’s servers that can’t handle the submissions. I love reading how people get so indignant over a dollar or two. If someone’s happiness is so dependent on getting something like an ice cream cone….if would suggest re-reading the posts about the Hip2Save tour. My $0.02.

I live in CA and didn’t qualify for a free coupon and it gave me an option to print a 1.50 off an 8 count box.

I filled all the information and hit submit went error message saying server busy…
I went back and said I’ve already signed up for it. Hope it went thorugh… not sure if I got it or not…

If it took all your info and then gave you an error message, you are still getting one! I tried again, entered my e-mail and it told me that I already signed up. 🙂 Yay!

I entered my state and email and was told I already signed up for it. How in the heck are they going to mail it to me without my address? I mean, I’m in Louisiana, but I’m not getting it for me! I’m getting it for my mother in Texas!
you should have used your email with her state and used her mailing address. Thats how I signed up for my friend (she doesn’t have FB). I’m in LA too.
