Check out some readers’ pictures and emails below…

I am so excited to report that my local Target store marked down a ton of toys in their toy dept. to 75% off today. I’ve been checking the past few weeks and today is the day! Yay!! I got all these toys for $98.08 before tax which would have normally cost $413.04!!! So that’s a savings of $314.96. And to sweeten this sale further….that Star Wars Boba Fett Electronic helmet which is normally $34.99 and was on sale for $8.74 with a $5 off peelie on it!!! So I only paid $3.74!! Basically I’ve got most of my Christmas shopping done and tons to put in my gift closet. Yay!!

I hit the jackpot today. I went into our Target and they were in the process of marking everything down to 75%. She said they were doing it a day early. I stopped at one more on the way home and she said they were doing their clearance pricing early as well. My total would have been 578.96, but I paid $144.74. (Thanks, Definitely Deals!)

Found an Evenflo Triumph Advance 65 convertible car seat clearance at Target for $37 and change. Retails for $149.99!! Good reviews, too. Also saw Britax Roundabout convertible and Graco Booster seats on clearance, but didn’t see the price. I live in NE Ohio.

Just wanted to let you know of the AWESOME finds I got at our local Target this morning. I found 2 Graco car seat bases on clearance for $9.26 each, down from $36.99 and a Graco frame stroller for a car seat for only $15.26 down from $69.99! After using my Target card, I only paid $33.85 for the 3 items!! These will make some expecting friends quite happy! Also, some of their Circo brand kids clothes were 70% off, so I picked up a couple of cotton t\’s and shorts for $1.35 each as well as a polo shirt for $2.10. Not to shabby today!! I’m just waiting for our toy section to be marked down to 75%, it’s still at 30%.

Now it’s YOUR turn… what clearance treasures have you scored at Target?! Let us know!

I got a dancing mickey (originally $83, for $22). I spent about $140 but got A LOT of toys and we are covered for Birthday and Christmas for the rest of the year. Also scored some boys jeans for $1.88 (clearance $3.88 and I still had a $2 of kids jeans coupon). I also got me a free tank top. I’m loving Target more and more!

I went to Target today because of all the posts. They were pretty picked over but I was able to get some stuff for my son. I spent $36.86 including tax and the total would have been $105.21 before tax if there wasn’t such an awesome sale going on!!! Thanks Collin for keeping us all up to date on the latest deals!!!

Just wanted to add that my Target didn’t say 75% off but the stuff was marked to 75% off. I would not go by the signage that’s up but by the prices on the items. Also some of the things I picked up were marked a higher price but when I went to the price checker they were 75% off!!!

Same thing happened at my Target. I was so perturbed because I realized too late that the sale was already over and I had been in checking every day this week!! You can’t go by the signage. They never once had any sign higher than 50% off, but when I actually looked at the prices they were 75% off. Very sneaky Target.
Everything was pretty much picked clean, but I was able to snag about $195 worth of toys for $48. Not a bad haul considering there wasn’t much to choose from. Oh well, I can try again in six months! 🙂

New jersey stores were picked thru but the philly Target i went to was still only marked down to 30 or 50% off. Anyone know if they do markdowns on Saturday?

Just scored $63 retail for $15. A remote control car, a special agent oso car and figure and special agent oso whirly birf and figure! My nephews birthday in two weeks check and another toy to add to the christmas pile!

Im in Houston Texas. I went to 4 different stores today and all had the 75% Just a sample of what I found. Hyperdash Extreme $5, Ji Ga Zo Puzzle $4, Play Doh Toy Time Race $3, Play Doh Smashed Potatoes Game $5, Uno Flip $2.75, Lego Pirates Cove Game $3.00, Rubicks 360 $3.00, Aqua Sand Polar Playground $5.50 (my kids love this sand and are entertained for hours with it), Moxie Girlz Art Kit Purse $4.50 and more

Other things I saw that you might want to check are certain Polly Pockets, Party Animal sets, Mighty Beanz sets, Fisher Price TRIO, Squeakers, Moon Sand, Transformers, and more.

I found more items just randomly mixed in on the regular shelves. They would have the red Clearance sign on the shelf edge where the prices are listed for the item. If you move this red Clearance sign to the side you will find underneath it the item that is on clearance, I found that the item on clearance may not be right by that sign. You might need to look around in the area for it and then of course scan it to find out the price. A couple of these items that had this sign on the shelf showing clearance did not have the red sticker on the box. Had I not checked the shelf sign I would have never known.

One more thing – I saw at one store an isle of toys that varied from dolls to cars to lego none of which were on clearance. Makes me think that they are preparing this isle of toys for the next markdown. Im gonna keep my eye on it.

    Hope this helps someone!

I got lots of great finds at Target! I bought a 4 piece toddler bedding set that was $29.99 for $6.48, a Tonka truck that was $42 for $10.82, 2 pairs of jeans for my hubby that were $29.99 for $4.98 and $1.98 after I used my $3 off of denim coupon, 2 pairs of jeans for my daughter that cost $0.50 each after the $2 off of kids denim coupons, several short sleeve shirts for my daughter for $1.12 and several pairs of pants for her for $1.12 also. The BEST deal I found was a $63 crib mattress on clearance for $12.74. I also purchased tons of fall and winter shoes for my daughter for $4.98 – $6.98…..including a pair of tennis shoes for $4.98 that were $19.99 and rain boots that were $14.99 for $4.24. Finally, I got a musical lamb for a newborn baby that was priced at $14.99 for $3.74.

K-MART has also been the place to shop! You really have to scan all of their toys at the price check because they are rarely ever priced as cheap as they really are. I got a pretend Little Tikes hairdryer for my daughter that had a $7.00 tag on it but rang up $0.49. I also bought her an iron that was on clearance for $4 but rang up $2 and a toaster on clearance for $4 that rang up $2. They also had an Elmo playdoh toy that was originally priced at $24.99 for $9.50. There were tons of dress up sets for $3!

I went on the day they were supposed to mark it down and about 3 other women had already filled up carts! I waited 2 hours for them to mark it down and they said they were going to make us wait! I had my son pick out a few things and went back 2 days later. I managed to spend $44 for three of the flex WWE, 6 misc other wresters and ufc fighters, two special agent oso toys, the big motorcycle pack, a tony hawk tech deck figure, justice league toys, a truck, etc. It was a bunch of smaller items, but I did get 75 percent off. Now he gets to pick one larger item towards christmas and my shopping for him will be complete! I also found a spitz dinosaur for my stepson for 5, and the pteranadon toy he wanted, too. I was pleased. I also found Garnier with a free travel size bonus in the clerance for 2.08, WIth my $1 off coupon it was 1.08 for two items! nice! Also used my 3 off sally hansen tool on the clearance, and found revlon nail polish marked down to 1.87 so I got two at .87 each using the target coupon. LOVE IT! Not a deal but I bought my sterlite box for 4.99 (reg price) and made my coupon box. I think it will work better for me than a binder. I usually plan ahead and put the coupons I want in a separate envelope with a list, but having them with me when I spot good deals and clearance will help me.

Torrington, CT didn’t have the 75% off signage, but I was able to get Liv Dolls for $3.24, a huge LEGO X-Wing Fighter-like ship for $29.98, Zoobles for $1 and change, a magnetic race car puzzle for $3.00, and a few other miscellaneous things.

At the Medford, NY store, I hit the mother-load. Loving Family Manor for $7.48 (!), Thomas Trackmaster train cars for $4.00, Loving Family playsets for $3.24, Batman figure sets for $4.98, Moon Dough Barn for $3.98 (this was full price at the other Targets I went to – weird…!), Mystery Date board game for $3.98, and again, a few other things I’ve forgotten 🙂

So all told, at three Targets (I posted about the first one earlier) in two states (we were away for the weekend), I spent $150 roughly and am set for the nieces, nephews, my little guy’s birthday and some Christmas and my some of my middle guy’s birthday gifts 🙂

I was able to get a set of two baby dolls for $4.98 and a Glee CD game for $2.32. I donated them as prizes for drawings at our church’s recent back to school block party. I was so stoked!

Another amazing clearance find . . . Got a Graco Nautilus 3n1 convertible car seat originally priced for 149.99 on 75% off clearance of 36.54! AWESOME!

  12. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Last weekend I picked up some outdoor solar lanterns for about $5 each. I believe they ended up being 75% off.
