Yes, I got the email almost instantly.
Yes Jen (but from this current post), my email was instantly sent too; it included a link to click on and then I printed the whole page with the coupon ID on it.

I’m a little confused about printing the “coupon”… they emailed me a thank you page with a map to my store, and said to print this coupon, but I don’t see a coupon anywhere on it. A coupon ID # is on the top, so maybe that’s all I need? Anyone else have input?
I am assuming that you print that whole page (with the coupon ID on it), hopefully that is right.

Yes I got a forbidden message, I got my husband all excited about it, and it won’t let me print.
I signed up this morning and it said it would be emailed. Nothing yet….not even in the spam folder. Bummer.
