Excellent Idea! Do anyone know what the expiration day on the BK Halloween coupons?
12/31/11
Awesome . Thanks for the date. Might drive by and pick some up and use for the christmas treat bags at school since my halloween ones are done ๐
Ketsy~Not sure if you saw the expy date for these. Do you think the kids would be able to use these up with only 6 days before they expire? Hope you read this before you buy them!! ๐
If she is using them for treat bags for school – typically schools start Christmas vacation several days before Christmas, so they would have at least 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to use them.
I was just going by our schools which go right up to 12/23 this year. Where they can only use one per visit I couldn’t imagine anyone eating at BK’s too many times in short period of time! I’m sure it will all work out!
If you want some with longer exp dates, try the $1 Frosty booklets at Wendy’s. You get 10 free Jr frosty’s coupons and the exp is sometime in Jan or Feb!
Does anyone know if they have any restrictions on using them?
Usually one per visit.
They are not valid during breakfast hours, except for the small drink or small icee, and limit one per customer.
Mine was asking everyone who came through the drive up if they wanted to donate $1 and get a coupon book. These are going in the goody bags for ds’s birthday party!
Too bad all th McDonalds’ around here don’t have any coupon books at all this year.
Awesome! I bought the Mcdonalds booklet this year to put in my daughter’s prek snack packs. ๐ The price went up to 1.79 each packet but they have 12, I think is small fry, apple slices, small cone and apple juice or milk. (3 of each) ๐
Really? Our McDonalds booklets are still only $1. They did away with the fries on ours, but they do have a free hamburger.
That’s a bargain compared to what they are charging at McDonalds in Mt. Vernon, IL. They are charging $5 for the same 12 coupons. I was shocked by the price. I found them about 65 miles away for $1.50 and bought a few. When I got home I took them and my receipt into one of our McDonalds and showed them. They said that each franchise is allowed to set their own price for them. They might price them at $5, but I can’t imagine them selling many or ANY.
Maybe that’s there point – not to sell many or any. If it’s a franchise I wonder if they take a loss on the coupon books.
Which McDonald’s were you able to find them at? I am roadtripping to the Chicago area in a week and might try to get a few for my family.
Don’t forget that Wendy’s has a coupon book as well for the Frosty! ๐
I love the coupon books at Wendy’s!!!!!
Doesn’t McD’s usually do this same kind of thing? Does anybody know how to get them if they are doing it this year?
I picked them up in the drive thru. ๐
depends on your McD. I have 3 stores in my town and only 1 is carrying them this Halloween.
Sure hope my BK Carries these….THANKS COLLIN!
Too funny. The dentists in my area will beg to differ. They would rather a treat from MD or BK than candy. They actually have a candy drive where they give you money per pound of candy you collect on halloween. lol I think it;s fun to dress the girls and go and you make friends, meet neighbors etc. As far as sugar in hand compared to french fries or apple slices ..hmmm !
Also, now that Ive read this posts, can’t wait for the parents of children in my daughter’s class to complain about the goody bags I have made. lol
isn’t that the truth (regarding putting them in goody bags and parents complaining). Just can’t win!
You can never please everyone. I’m not sure how milk & apple slices from a fast food place would be less healthy than candy? But to each their own. A Big plus is all money from the purchase of the McDonlad’s 12 pack of treat coupons goes to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. I’m kind of partcial because they helped my family at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City a few years back.
Krispy Kream doughnuts has a coupon voucher book…..20 single doughnut vouchers for $5. Saw it at their store last night.
No Krispy Kream around here:-( . Thats a good deal for doughnuts!
Thank you Sue! I will have to check that out!
Frisch’s Big Boy has coupon booklets for free kid’s meals. 8 for $1. I haven’t read the restrictions this year, but usually I go alone with my 2 children and I can use 2 coupons.
My BK is awesome… we ordered a small fry and they charged us $1 for the coupon book and then ripped out the small fry coupon and gave us the rest so we got the fry free and the coupon book!
We didn’t know what the booklet was and we were so confused at first, but it was totally clear on the receipt!
That’s really nice of them!
I see some comments were deleted, hmm?
funny…I was thinking the same thing ๐
I called the one by me and they are already sold out ๐
Got this the other day…. great deal! ๐
I went to the ahwatukee stores and nobody knows what I am talking about, what stores have you found them at?
We lovethose books i buy and pass out every halloween. The kids here love it.
