Thanks for the info! Me? I’m a scaredy cat so I’ll just deal with the weirdness that’s already around me.

BTW, about that Papa John’s Pizza giveaway. I’ve now apparently won three times! I didn’t realize that was such a wonderful contest. Love it! Thank you so much, Collin, for the head’s up on that contest. My kids are happy and pizza-stuffed now. LOL.

The Green Mountain Inn is wonderful. We went last May, and with this deal, I’m thinking we’ll be going again soon. To any readers that are thinking about it, the honey oatmeal bread at their restaurant is AMAZING. That’s reason enough to go 😉

The Stanley was beautiful. This hotel was the one they used for the made for tv mini series of the Shinning. The original movie was filmed in England and Oregon per what I was told when I checked into the hotel. The grounds were beautiful and Estes Park is gorgeous. We stayed up almost all night waiting to hear ghost.

I stayed at Green Mountain Inn. Ask for a room with a fireplace and soaker tub as they are nicer than the standard rooms. And go eat at Harrison’s across the road. Excellent food – creamy french onion soup and butternut squash hash. YUM!

Oh I wish I could head out to Estes to stay in the Stanley hotel – what a gorgeous location with a great view of the front range!

I used to live up by Estes Park when I went to Colorado State University. GORGEOUS location! Would definitely recommend visiting the Stanley…a must if you’ll be visiting Colorado any time soon! 🙂
