    My order shipped with the small votives so maybe all of them weren’t canceled. Wish the clerk had known they were over by cosmetics and not sent me back to the home dept yesterday. She was the cosmetics clerk and didn’t even know they were by cosmetics, I can’t go back today. 🙁

    Received an email today that my order cancelled as well. I haven’t had very good experiences with Belk lately. Sent an email to customer service after a shopping experience a few weeks ago, requested to be contacted back, and didn’t hear anything. Not until I posted on their FB wall asking if it normally takes 2 weeks or more to be contacted back. Got an email on Friday, sent them a reply around lunch time, and still haven’t heard back. Interesting customer service they have. 🙁

    I just got an email that mine was canceled also. Its not fair, I did my order at 8:30am on sunday, before it was even posted on this web-site!

    Only received half my order and one of the candles was smashed. It isn’t worth the price to send back. Every time I order a deal from this site it is either canceled or messed up. Won’t be ordering again.

    I just received my order for the Honeysuckle/Orange votives. Now I know why they were the only ones left. They smell like something that you spray in a bathroom! I’m giving them away anyway because I don’t have time to go out and find something else for these 6 people. Don’t feel bad if your order was canceled, I don’t know what the others smell like but these weren’t what I was expecting.

      Oh, and they wrote in ink on top of each box, 1, 2, 3, etc. Makes me so mad they ruined the little boxes they came in!

    My order just got here, and I only got half of my order and they said that the others were out of stock and they will credit my card…but I had a shipping/ tracking email that said I was getting the full order! It is so frustrating.

    Got my order today 12-22 and no problems! Someone posted that these are something that you would spray in a bathroom, I disagree. I was worried they would not smell at all but I ordered one of each and pleased with the purchase. My plan was to give these away for various hostess gifts which I need. I guess I got lucky this time and rec’vd everything. Thanks Collin!

    Mostly the same experiences as everyone else with items going out of inventory before I could complete my order on the 18th. Tried again on the 19th order went through and large candles had reappeared, cc was charged. Today I find out my order was canceled when I noticed the fedex weight was not right. When I called Customer Service I was told my notification on the canceled items would be the #0 on the packing slip. I asked for a Supervisor and explained why this was unacceptable and he comped my other items, a tablecloth and some napkins.
    Belk seemed better when I lived in the South!
